great property and super nice host , was nice and clean and had everything you could need ! unfortunately it had to rain on our mini vacation but that didn’t stop us from the hot tub and enjoying our time will definitely stay again the the future and add more days because we weren’t ready to leave! 😊

We had a fantastic stay and the house is amazing. The experience lived up to the pictures and reviews - the property is spacious, modern and well appointed. It ticks all the boxes required for a great holiday. Check in / communication was all smooth and we had no issues with anything during the trip.

I can’t say enough about our stay at Jill’s house in Northglen. We had 6 bedrooms with ample space for all of us. The house was clean and the hosts were responsive during our stay. The backyard, including the pool are 10/10. The house is also very close to restaurants, grocery, a movie theater, etc. Can’t go wrong with this house!

My son and I booked the condo for a late planned ski trip. The condo is very comfortable, clean and modern. It has an adequately stocked kitchen with plenty of utensils and spices for those that prefer to cook. It includes a drip coffee maker and a separate bean grinder (I never know what to buy before arriving). There is some ongoing new construction in the area (as of March 2025). I heard some trucks backing up in the morning, but it did not bother us as we were up each morning to ski. Overall, the place is very quiet with very minimal neighbor noise. There is no cable service, so be prepared to stream or cast from your own device using your own accounts. I was able to stream YouTube TV from my phone to the TV. We took the free shuttle service to the resort each day. It’s a quick walk to the bus stop, and we never waited more than a few minutes for a bus. We walked to the area restaurants and shops. Safeway is a quick drive down the street. We would book again.

Really well situated close to DEN airport with comfortable beds. The space is cozy and somewhat quirky, with everything we needed for our short stay. Large grocery/retailers within easy driving distance.

Tina and Team were amazing hosts. The silverthorne location at Summit Sky Ranch was a complete dream. This home had everything you needed to enjoy individually and as a group with rooms split on 3 levels. The private lake house access is an amazing perk that was not crowded during our stay. My family was able to hike, ski, swim in the pool, go to the gym, paddleboard (with our dog) all in the same day and still connect together in the home (great deck!). Super close to nearby attractions/stores and would be perfect all year around. The home itself had a contemporary feel exactly as pictured with every detail from laundry pods, well equipped kitchen, games, and even pool towels on hand. The rates are fair and competive to the season. The neighborhood is intimate but allowed privacy and beautiful views from all areas, especially the private hot tub. I would 100% recommend any property under Tina and hope to book again in the future. The level of hospitality is everything you could ask!

Our weekend ski trip to Dillon was made perfect by this fantastic house! The location was ideal – just a short drive to Keystone and Breckenridge, and we loved being able to pop into Dillon for groceries and dinner. The house itself was clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. We had plenty of room for our group. The living area was cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. We especially appreciated the fireplace and the stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions and recommendations for local restaurants and activities.

This place is perfect for small groups, convenient to Nederland restaurants , skiing and outdoor activities. Kitchen is nicely stocked if you want to cook in. Would stay here again in a hot minute. Thanks for sharing your space with us.

A very nice get away that is exactly like the listing. The surrounding road is a little rugged but beyond that it is lovely.

This Airbnb is a whole vibe. The decorating is really neat and eclectic. It backs up to a really pretty wooded area and the neighbors are quiet and not too close. The bathtub is *amazing*. It’s within walking distance of basically everything in Nederland including a beautiful creek path that leads to the dam. Chipmunks all over the place 😍. I brought my friends from out of state here for my 40th for a girls trip to give them a dose of small mountain town Colorado. I could not have picked a better spot. We enjoyed the home and the town so much. I wouldn’t change a thing about the trip. Highly recommend this home. The host was extremely accommodating. We decided to extend our stay bc we enjoyed ourselves so much, and it was no problem at all. 10 out 10 for us!!

My family and I had such a great experience staying at Moss Rocks. Dan and Grace did an excellent job of making sure the place was spotless and well-appointed. They left instructions to help us take good care of their place during our stay. We loved the outdoor space because of its peaceful views and so many things for our young kids to do! We look forward to coming back sometime soon!

We greatly enjoyed our long weekend stay in Daniel's container home. It was modern, lovely and fun. Very much as pictured. Beds were comfortable, an assortment of pillows and light blocking drapes in the bedrooms. We could have spent all day gazing at the views from the great room or deck but we had hikes to do and towns nearby to visit. We recommend.

Our group of 6 had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home in Nederland. Pieter and Charlotte thought of everything you could need - the kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment and basic supplies, bedrooms had plenty of clean sheets and pillows, and bathrooms were spotless. The multiple levels in the home make it easy for everyone to have their own space. That view from the "Crow's Nest" is unmatched! The outside space and surrounding areas are gorgeous too - plenty of space to lounge and chat over the firepit, or lots of trails to walk nearby (we saw a moose!). Proximity to Nederland town was nice. Can't say enough about our stay - thank you, Pieter and Charlotte!

We had a great stay—beautiful place and peaceful surroundings. The highlight was seeing a bear roam through the area (from a safe distance!). Definitely a memorable experience!

Ryan’s home is so beautifully and thoughtfully decorated and the location is gorgeous with stellar mountain views. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the rain through the massive glass windows and roof and we really appreciated how private the space is. The pictures are accurate but don’t do it full justice.

Our recent stay was amazing! House was very clean and beautifully styled. Short hikes from the house provided excellent views. The two living spaces made it great for our larger group. Would definitely stay here again if in the area and would recommend this house to anyone interested in the Blackhawk area.

It was a great place to stay. Be aware that this cabin is above 9,000ft and can contribute to elevation sickness. Beyond that it was amazing to hear the water in the stream while we were outside playing. Very quiet and not very busy road. The water pressure could have been better, but got the job done. It’s hard to fault pressure when the place is on top of a mountain:).

The Farm House was amazing!! Beautiful place - Exactly as pictured and described. Preston was a wonderful host and we were greeted with such a thoughtful welcome basket. The place was pristine and the surrounding mountains and the little mountain lake made for a peaceful and relaxing time. Preston has kayaks for the lake and a ton of local recommendations. He was very responsive to all of my questions. The house was amazingly furnished and decorated - All appliances are top of the line. Preston left nothing to chance and he also made certain we had plenty of coffee and teas with multiple ways to prepare them! If you are looking for serene atmosphere, a relaxing location and just outside Denver in the mountains - Then The Farm House should be your destination!! Thank you Preston for a wonderful stay!!

This was a sweet place to spend a group trip in Ned. Everything was great and we felt all things we needed were available. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Fantastic views and easy to get to downtown Boulder and pearl st. No problems getting Ubers late at night, 10/10 would recommend!

This was a great spot for a weekend getaway! We loved the amenities, especially the dome for stargazing, the pool table, and the sauna. There’s also a fenced in dog run, which was a great touch and allowed us to safely hang outside with the pups. The views from the front deck are awesome as well. Brad was a great host, and we would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! The space was comfortable and well-kept, and the location was perfect—close to shops and the city, yet peaceful and relaxing. The view was absolutely incredible—we got to see plenty of elk right from the property! The hot tub was a highlight; it felt private and was the perfect way to unwind. The space was clean and spacious for two.The hosts were friendly, attentive, and responded promptly to any questions. They also provided great recommendations that really enhanced my trip.
