The city of Innsbruck and the airport are only 20 minutes away.

Our house is located in the rear valley area, off the main road, in a very quiet location. Large garden and terrace with garden furniture. Sat TV in living room, TV with DVD player in bedroom. Microwave and dishwasher available, daily bread roll service is offered. Hiking trails, cross-country ski trails, bus stop (bus free with guest card!!! ) very close! Large storage room for bicycles, slate,...... waste separation. We like to speak German, English and Spanish.

Quiet location, bus stop and supermarket 5 min. downhill within walking distance, to Kampler See with refreshments 10 min. Free parking in front of the house.
