These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 min to Sundsvall city center and stops outside My University on the way. If you have a car, you are free in the parking lot belonging to the house. Cleaning, bed linens and towels are included in the rental rate rate.

Quality living in a quiet place with lot's of opportunities in the winter like slalom, cross-countryskiing, skating or take a sauna bath. In the summer you can use the rowing boat for fishing, take a swim from the private pontoon in to the lake or relaxing on the veranda or the greenhouse. Perfect place for family and friends. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that will be 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer.

Here you have your own apartment, in part of our house, suited for up to 4 people. An extra bedroom in a cottage a few meters outside can be used during summer. You have 4 km into the town square. Busstop 100meters away from the apartment taking you strait there passing the university on the way. Close to the apartment you have a pizzaplace, hairsalone, foodstore and the horsetracks.
