Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Nečujam

Einfach perfekt!👌 Unsere Woche bei Marina war herrlich und sehr erholsam! Es ist eine sehr tolle Unterkunft, bei der alles da ist, was man braucht… und es ist sogar noch schöner als die Bilder vermuten lassen. Wir haben es genossen rund um den Pool zu entspannen und unser Hund hat es geliebt am Fluss zu spielen. Abends konnte man zu Fuß essen gehen und mit dem Auto war man auch schnell am Strand oder in Split! Marina ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin, sehr kommunikativ und hilfsbereit. Am Ankunftstag hat sie uns mit vielen kroatischen Köstlichkeiten begrüßt, und uns zwischendurch sogar eine selbstgemachte Spezialität vorbei gebracht. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und werden sicher wiederkommen!

Siniša apartment was exactly what we needed for a relaxing and peaceful holiday, the apartment is modern, very clean and tidy and had everything we needed. We immediately felt right at home. Shops weren't too far of a walk, and anything drivable was easy to get to with Uber. Trogir was easily our favourite place over Split but we found many unique gems walking along the coast. I will definitely book again when I can!

If I could give this Airbnb 10 stars, I would! Ana’s villa was the perfect stay for our group of 9. The space is large, spotless, and the backyard is stunning. We loved relaxing by the pool and feeding the cute turtles with fruit and veggies. Ana was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions, recommending restaurants, and even booking one for us. She also arranged a fantastic driver for airport transfers. On our last night, Ana and her husband, Mate, prepared a traditional Croatian meal for us, accommodating all dietary needs. They even brought a birthday cake for one of our group—such a thoughtful touch! We were truly blown away by their hospitality. We can’t say enough good things about Ana, Mate, and the villa. We’re already talking about coming back. Don’t hesitate—book this place, you won’t regret it. Thank you for everything! – Your Canadian friends 😊

Dijana’s place was an oasis within walking distance to anything you could ever want in old town split! We loved our time both in the town and on her adorable patio.

Die Fotos werden dieser schönen Unterkunft gar nicht gerecht - es ist noch viel schöner und gemütlicher! Besonders gut hat uns die ruhige Lage und der wunderschöne Ausblick gefallen, genau das was wir brauchten! Die Kinder hatten ihren Pool (der war sogar in der Temperatur erwärmbar!) und wir haben die tolle Badebucht, die nur wenige Schritte vom Haus entfernt ist, genutzt und sind u.a. Kanu gefallen- die hat Tomislav sogar extra bereit gestellt! Sehr herzlich wurden wir von Tomislav begrüßt- sogar frisches Obst und Getränke hat er uns bereit gestellt - was für ein Service! Tolle Tips zum Essen gehen hat er uns auch gegeben und war jederzeit für uns erreichbar- was wünscht man sich mehr! Ein Auto ist muss, sonst sind die Strecken z.B. zum Hafen einfach zu weit. Für uns 4 war die Unterkunft perfekt, die gemütliche Wohnküche hatte alles was man braucht, 2 Bäder gab es auch! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder und können diese schöne Unterkunft mit so einem tollen Gastgeber nur empfehlen!

We had the most wonderful experience staying at Milena and Mirko’s villa. From the moment we arrived, Milena made us feel incredibly welcome. She was warm, thoughtful, and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Her hospitality was truly above and beyond – always available, kind, generous and full of advice and local secrets.  Mirko was equally lovely – a kind-hearted host who regularly checked on the villa to make sure everything was perfect. He even brought us thoughtful little gifts during our stay, which made us feel extra special. The villa itself is immaculately maintained. The pool and hot tub are outstanding, and the outdoor summer kitchen is a dream come true – perfect for cooking and relaxing in the stunning surroundings. The view from the villa gave us a true sense of peace and escape. We can't recommend this place enough. It’s clear that Milena and Mirko put their hearts into hosting this villa. We would definitely return.

Wij waren hier in de Nederlandse meivakantie en hadden fantastisch weer waardoor we erg hebben kunnen genieten van de ruime tuin, het zwembad en de rustige omgeving! Alles in het dorpje was nog nagenoeg gesloten (behalve een kleine supermarkt en een restaurant!). Met de auto heel prima uitstapjes te maken naar Trogir, Split & Primosten en Krka! Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en wij zouden dit plekje zeker aanraden aan familie en vrienden!

We had a wonderful stay here- loved the village and the local restaurants recommended- Marina is very kind and we were able to do our laundry and have a home while in Croatia- it’s a great central location for activities and sightseeing ❤️🇭🇷 we will be back

Right in the heart of Hvar. Some stairs though so beware. But perfectly placed. Surrounded by restaurants and shops.

Fantastic accommodation, would highly recommend to stay here! Iris was flexible with check-in, there were some suggestions with local restaurants which were quite helpful. We loved our stay here.

We loved our stay here!!! The view is absolutely beautiful and the apartment was clean and comfortable. It was giant! We were met with Lily the family dog downstairs and she was so sweet!Definitely a great place to stay. Jasmina helped us out by letting us check out later when we had an issue arise in Hvar Old Town and was so kind. It is definitely a bit difficult to get back and forth from Hvar Old Town in a cheap way but if you’re planning on renting a car or staying in Stari Grad it’s beautiful and easy to get to Old Town Stari Grad from the apartment! 10/10 recommend!

This is a perfect apartment for a stay in the beautiful Trogir. The host has thought of everything and there was nothing missing. Check in was super simple and the apartment was super clean. The bedrooms were good sizes and the terrace was perfect for sunbathing, reading our books and a dip in the hot tub. It’s super quiet and private. The location is less than 10min walk into the town and 5min from a large supermarket and cafes.

Had a fantastic stay at this apartment 2 mins walk to the most beautiful beach & same to the harbour ... A lovely apartment spacious for 2 with all u need and a comfortable bed ..There is a hotel built in front but still has a seaview with a beautiful sunset every evening. When we got off the ferry there was no taxi and a long wait for the bus without even asking Vinko offered to pick us up. We had a late flight so he allowed us to change in his home and store our luggage so we could spend the last day enjoying Postira ..On request he organised a taxi at a good price to take us back to the ferry . We will definitely be back Vinko u are a gentleman:))

Nasz pobyt na Hvar był w maju. Mieliśmy zostać 5 nocy, ale w końcu zdecydowaliśmy sie na 8, ponieważ u Pjera mieszkało się fantastycznie. To rzeczywiście strefa komfortu i relaksu :) Miejsce daje prywatności, ciszę i spokój (mieliśmy bardzo dyskretnych sąsiadów na piętrze wyżej ). Wygodne fotele na werandzie, piękny widok na zieleń, ogród, a nawet na morze. Lokalizacja jest wspaniała, 5 minut i jestes na pięknej promenadzie, którą możesz spacerować do centrum, lub oglądać zachód słońca. 6 minut do Bonj Beach. Mieszkanie wyposażone jest zgodnie z opisem, posiada różne udogodnienia jak np zasłony zaciemniające w sypialni, super wygodny materac. Pralnia jest w pełni funkcjonalna. Kontakt z właścicielem jest znakomity, Pjer jest bardzo pomocny. Podsumowując, to jest miejsce do którego chcesz wracać :)

Absolutely stunning view. Host Tom was there to greet us and show us our apartment. Everything was as described and recommendation for restaurant was excellent.Easy access via Uber. Fantastic stay at Villa Rosa and would highly recommend.

I have stayed in a lot of Airbnb properties and I would have to say this has been one of my favourites. there’s no question that are welcome by Baldo was amazing. He was helpful friendly fun and full of helpful tips. He remained in touch throughout our stay to make sure we were comfortable and having fun in Split. The apartment itself was right in the middle of the action so we felt close to everything. It was beautifully presented, well equipped, and comfortable with everything imaginable available to us I would love to return one day and would have no hesitation in recommending this property as one of the best in Split.

Couldn’t have been happier. Villa was amazing, the pictures didn’t do it justice. Was perfect for 9 of us. Everything was spotless, so well kept and felt extremely modern. Petra was super helpful in arranging arrivals at the villa, and assisting us with places to eat in Split. The cab driver who works with the Villa was also brilliant. Journeys into Split weren’t too bad, but definitely use the taxi driver that Petra recommends! Others will charge through the roof… On days we stayed locally, there are some amazing restaurants down on the waterfront of Kaštel Novi which were half the price of a dinner/drinks in Split - super happy with the location, and choice of villa! Overall, we couldn’t have been happier. We had an amazing stay in Croatia, and the Villa was perfect. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay close to Split!

Anita and Domagoj are great hosts. We are a family of five adults. We arrived quite hungry and were served delicious sandwiches by the hosts. The place is clean and well equipped. The surrounding scenery is beautiful and peaceful.

Stellar host, hands down the best host we have ever had on Airbnb. Always responsive and provided excellent recommendations on restaurants, activities and miscellaneous requests (anything from nail salon to tennis court reservation)! Greeted us in person upon arrival, showed us around the house which made us feel right at home and safe! 11/10

Auch wenn den Weg zur Unterkunft etwas abenteuerlich war war es den Ausblick und dir Ruhe es wert. Wir haben in der Unterkunft schöne Erinnerungen gesammelt und würden es jedem weiterempfehlen.

Rino är en mycket bra värd, som svarade snabbt på våra frågor. Vi fick flexibla in och utcheckning tider som stämde med våra flyg. Kompisgäng som hyrde huset, vi är alla nöjda. 2 separata rum med egna bad o pentry. poolen blev vår samlingsplats. Huset ligger en bit upp från stranden men en trappa ner till beachen gjorde att det kändes närmare. Är dock ca 100 steg. Kan varmt rekommendera detta boende mvh Anders

We loved our stay at this property. The location was fantastic, in a small village a short drive from the larger town of Omis. The villa itself was beautiful, and wonderfully clean. The outside amenities including the pool and the spa were so lovely after a day's exploring. Marin met us on arrival, and showed us around the property which was very helpful and welcoming. The area was stunning, with so much variety and lots to see and do. We particularly enjoyed our Zipline experience in Omis, and horse riding at Scuderia Montana in nearby Dubrava. All in all, a fantastic stay, thank you!

Magical stay on the island of Brac! It’s a beautiful 2-bedroom stone villa nestled in a vineyard and overlooking the Adriatic Sea. There’s a short walk to a private beach that you have all to yourself except for the occasional boaters that will swim over. Very secluded and private in the best kind of way. It’s quite the drive on the last stretch of the road to get there so be ready if driving in yourself! So worth it tho!

We have just got home from the most wonderful week spent at Villa Marella. Ivana greeted us on arrival and showed us around, explaining the villa and answering our questions. The villa is absolutely stunning as is the beautiful, peaceful village of Seget Donji in which it sits. We were in easy walking distance of the village and its amenities and also within 20 minutes walk of Trogir. We had miserable, stormy weather on our third day and Ivana asked if she could come to tidy up the pool area for us to be able to use the following day… we woke to it looking immaculate! We cannot thank Ivana enough for allowing us to stay in her beautiful place.
