It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). My apartment is located 50m from the sea. It offers a terrace with a sea view, outside kitchen with a grill, and 2 parking places. The closest beach is 50m from the apartment. The apartment is located in a quiet area outside of the town, but still only 5 minutes walk to grocery and restaurants.
