Beautiful stone house located in a quiet hamlet of Jouars-Pontchartrain. Large 220 m² house for 12 people with large interior spaces and a 1700 m² garden/terrace. Combine the quietness of the countryside with the proximity of the city: Paris 30 minutes away and the Palace of Versailles 20 minutes away. At the foot of the Maurepas forest and an equestrian center. France Miniature 12 minutes away, 2 golf courses 9 minutes away and the Grand Plaisir shopping mall 12 minutes away (see guide). Welcome!

Ground floor: indoor pool heated year-round (29°/9 x 4 meters, deck chairs, water games), fully equipped open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms, shower room + walk-in shower, separate toilet, laundry room. 1st floor: living room (connected TV), sports area/sleeping area (treadmill, rowing machine, bike, comfortable sofa bed). Exterior: 120 m² terrace not overlooked (garden furniture, gas barbecue, ping pong table) + garden (bocce ball court, trampoline, swing).

Right in the heart of the village in Neauphle-le-Château, the accommodation is new and comfortable. Shops are close by (boulangerie, grocery, restaurants, butcher, pharmacy...) This duplex of approximately 40 m2 is light and friendly. Possibility to come to sleep for 4 people (a comfortable and large sofa that unfolds) and a bed in the room. Parking space is available. The atmosphere invites rest and calm, come and recharge your batteries, we will be happy to welcome you!

This 47 m2 2-room apartment is spacious and quiet. Possibility of sleeping 4 people thanks to a bedroom with large double bed and a large comfortable sofa bed in the living room. Possibility of remote working thanks to a large table. A parking space for one car is available.

Studio cottage, in a residential area, ideal for business travel and a few meters from public transport and close to Plaisir-Grignon station with direct trains to Paris Montparnasse. Just 10 km from the Golf de Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, but also close to the Golf de Plaisir, the Golf Saint-Nom-la-Bretèche and the Palace of Versailles. Also close to the Grand Centre Commercial Open Sqy. 5 minutes from the forest, you will enjoy nature and the great outdoors!

Our rural gîte of Trotti'nid, 3 rooms of 60 m2, for 3 to 4 people, offers you a family environment combining simplicity and authenticity, in the heart of the Chevreuse Valley. Without a private garden, the cottage is however located at the bottom of the hamlet on the edge of the forest. Located in the town of Bois d'Arcy (78390) you will be close to Paris (20 minutes), Versailles and its Palace (10 minutes), St Quentin en Yvelines and its National Velodrome (2 minutes), St Germain en Laye, its castle and forest (15 minutes). Close to major highways (A12, A86, N10, N12), the house is your perfect base for your stay!

Pleasant 20 m2 fully equipped studio with garden and outdoor parking. Located in a quiet and residential area. The accommodation is a 2-minute walk to local shops and a 5-minute drive to the commercial area (Auchan Plaisir, One Nation, Nike outlet, Adidas...) and many restaurants that I will be happy to recommend. Aux Quatre Petits Clos offers you a Haussmann gîte. We invite you to join us in this 26m2 gîte in an atmosphere that will remind you of the Haussmann era and its typical decoration (mouldings, herringbone parquet and elegant marble). Paris in the countryside. You will have an elegant bedroom with an extremely comfortable bed (160/200), a top-of-the-range bathroom, a lounge/dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a sofa bed.

Studio with roof terrace in the countryside

We welcome you to this recent studio, independent of our home (only the entrance of vehicles is common), carefully decorated. This one is composed of a night part with a bed of 180 cm that can be divided into 2 beds of 90 cm. The studio has a desk area, a kitchen equipped with fridge, microwave grill, coffee maker, kettle… The entrance to the garden is sloping. We have a dog at our home that we can lock up if needed.
