Vacation rentals with a patio in Near North Side, Chicago

Good location with easy street parking. Plenty of space inside--felt bigger than the photos show. The ceilings are a bit low but my 6'1" partner was able to stand everywhere, and they're a bit higher in the main living space. Host was friendly and the space was private.

This was exactly what we had hoped for and met all of our expectations. The location was super convenient, it was cozy and we had everything we needed, and Karen could not have been any more helpful.

Fantastic stay, perfect for the events we had lined up. Would definitely stay again.

5 star for sure! This place is a hidden gem, its so clean and has so many little extras to make you feel at home. I found seasoning to cook with,.coffee, tea, cream and sugar..and even a couple of pods for laundry. All of that plus an easy check-in, great parking space in the back (which you will need since street parking can be dicey) and the friendly neighbors made my stay wonderful. I stayed 7 nights and it is quiet at night so I felt very safe and got a good nights rest each night. I will definitely book again!!!

Stephanie's unit was spotless and she was a very responsive and proactive host. The unit has a beautiful view of the city streets and it's right next to the train which was enjoyable to watch passing by. The noise form the train did not bother us at all and even added to the city aesthetic, which we loved. The unit had everything we needed and lots of natural light. The front desk concierge was friendly and made sure the property was secure at all times. We felt safe and comfortable. The unit being ideally located downtown made all of our main destinations walkable (The bean, the sears tower, architecture riverboat tour, the riverwalk, the chicago theatre, and many local restaurants). We ate at nutella cafe one two many times due to the convenient 1 minute walk, no regrets whatsoever. Overall, I reccomend this host and her airbnb. I would stay here again if I come back to chicago. I cannot reccomend the unit enough.

Location ^3! Lill Ave is wedged between Halsted and Lincoln. We lived down the block until 2024 and stayed at Khaled’s as our usual Airbnb’s were booked, didn’t want to stay with friends, and Versey was about the same price… Would we recommend Khaled’s place?Absolutely yes! Within a 2-10 min walk: ✔️Red & Brown trains or #8 bus; ✔️ half dozen live music venues (Kingston Mines, Lincoln Hall, aLive One, Hunters, Wild Hare + Singing Armadillo) ✔️ higher end restaurants (Galit, Sapori, Juno); great mid-range gems (Tandoor Charhouse, Noodles or Paulas Thai, Parson’s!); and inexpensive joints (Ghareeb Nawaz, Proper Pizza, Chicago’s Dog House) ✔️ Speaking of joints, the new dispensary may finally open (at the Salt and Pepper diner, google John Mulaney’s bit) and lots of bars (Lilly’s is a quirky 70’s Fern Bars left, Red Lion, Prost!) ✔️ Mini-marts, the fmr Dom’$ Grocery, even a Home Depot and pottery studio. Overall , great location, nice unit, and good value. We will likely stay again

Loved my time in Chicago and at Lina's beautiful home! The place was spotless, welcoming and so comfortable. I had everything that I needed from essentials in the bathroom to spacious living room, full kitchen and comfortable and spacious bedroom. There's even a balcony to sit and enjoy some tea or wine. Loved the location to the CTA and bus stop as I mostly used public transportation. Also walking distance to many fabulous restaurants. Wicker Park close by that had a beautiful farmer's market on Sunday Morning. Thank you Lina for all wonderful stay! 😊

Staying at Matt’s Air BnB was a fantastic experience. We stayed with our two kids and another couple and the space was perfect for our group. The spacious, fenced in yard made for a great hangout space for our toddler to safely run around. The house looks exactly like the pictures and was extremely clean. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you, Matt!

Such a great place to stay

Great place. Great location. No issues at all. I would rent again. It's a good spot between the Gold Coast and Lincoln park and beer some really good restaurants. Place was as described and would have no issues staying there again.

This is our second stay at this location and we hope to return again in the future. It is a very well-maintained place in a safe location. Also, we love how clean it is!

We stayed one night and were very happy with the accommodations. Lisa was a helpful host and everything was very nice quality and squeaky clean. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was very nice with a big “rain” type showerhead AND a regular size detachable one. The neighborhood and yard area was calm and chickens were very cute! We had some fantastic empanadas at a nearby cafe called La Mulata - definitely recommend. There are a bunch of cool historical buildings nearby too (including the building the cafe is in). FYI since it’s a basement apartment (as advertised) there are a couple spots with slightly lower beams coming down from the ceiling). At 6’2” we were good to walk around without impediment, but I put my hand above my head at the lowest spot and the clearance was only about an inch, so if you are any taller, be careful or you may hit your head! Our daughter was graduating from University of Chicago while our other daughter graduated from USAF flight school in Mississippi, and our family and friends visited from locations scattered around multiple time zones. Florin's location was simply the perfect place to handle such incoming chaos while lowering blood pressure to encourage a wonderful graduation experience headache-free. The rooftop experience was stunning, and everybody has been raving about the furnishings and easy-going environment in such a lovely place. The bathrooms and bedrooms were spa-worthy, and there were simply so many careful and thoughtful touches at this location that made it hard to leave! Florin has multiple parking options, but we only needed one nearby, offstreet parking place that was never a problem---surprising for a big city like Chicago! In short, this was probably the finest AirBnB we ever visited, and we are so grateful for such an exclamation point on a magical weekend. Thank you, Florin!

Lovely place! Nathaniel was very responsive and accommodating to us while in Chicago! Made everything easy and created a homey space for us to enjoy. Would definitely stay again.

When we were first looking for a place to stay, none of the available AirB&Bs looked great. A week later, we looked again, and suddenly Julia's place popped up. It was so much better looking, and with a fairer price, than any others I could find in the list. A two-bedroom that is a *real* two-bedroom, for the price that others were charging for a pull-out bed in the living room. It was just as beautiful in-person. We felt immediately at-home and comfortable. I'm someone who has insomnia, especially while traveling, but there, I had no problem sleeping somehow. Also, it truly is a short walk to the Blue Line, or even a just few steps from the 77 bus route, which goes to the Blue Line, or all the way right into downtown Chicago.

John's place is great, just as described. Very clean and location is perfect (across the street from Pequod's). Check in/out was easy and communication was good.

One of my favorite Aibnbs of all time. The location is FUN - right in the center of the action in Northalsted. The space itself is beautiful and clean. The bedrooms are spacious, and the kitchen is well equipped. Allan was awesome and left us a bottle of prosecco to welcome us. Best part of the house is the huge covered front balcony - a front row seat to the joyous crowds, especially on the weekend. We saw a concert, walked to a Cubs game, spoiled the kids on Michigan Ave - and everyone agreed the balcony was our fave part of the trip. The rear deck is icing on the cake. We were in town so our kids could go to a concert and they also loved the area. If you're sensitive to noise, bring earplugs - all the action brings a bit of music - but really it's a steady din so super easy to tune out at bedtime. We love this place and can't wait to come back!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb during our Chicago trip! The location was perfect — close to everything we wanted to see and do with our kids. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. It felt like a home away from home. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend for families or anyone visiting the city!

We had a great stay for an extended wedding weekend with our entire family. Adrian's home was clean, modern, and well appointed. The beds were all very comfortable and linens were very soft. We felt very safe and the garage parking spot was a nice addition. I would highly recommend his home and would not hesitate to rebook there in the future.

We enjoyed our time at this apartment! Nestled in the Bucktown neighborhood of the city, which is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful homes. Nearby Wicker Park and Logan Square have a lot to offer, as well as Lincoln Park (the neighborhood) not being too far away either. While the bedroom and bathroom are on the smaller side, that’s just city life and it is a perfect retreat for 1-2 people. It’s very stylish yet cozy with the decor and all updated appliances and bathroom. I would take note of the stairs for this unit in particular, as it’s on the second level but they were fine and the patio deck was nice! We really appreciated Lauren being accommodating to our late booking. We would definitely stay here again!
