Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Near North Side, Chicago

Rasheed was very attentive. His home is in an excellent location, walking distance to resturants and shopping. The rooftop provided a spectular view of the city. I would definitely recommend Rasheed's home on a trip to Chicago!

We had a party of 6 and there was plenty of room to spread out. Each couple had their own bathroom. Families with kids can have their kids nearby at night which can be helpful with younger children. We had a large vehicle which didn’t fit through the gate but we were able to get permits for street parking each night which was readily available.

Nicole and Matt were extremely responsive and excellent hosts. The bnb was in an awesome location in Lincoln Park with lots of great bars, restaurants and close proximity to the plethora of attractions in downtown Chicago. I would stay there again and recommend this lovely town home to all!

Very comfy apartment in a great neighborhood. We were in town for a baseball game and it’s a terrific place for that, just about a 20-minute walk to Wrigley Field. The only thing to be concerned about is the stairs: there are two flights to get into the apartment and they’re fairly steep and small, so if you have mobility issues that would be a concern. I don’t and had no problem. Karen is a lovely host and was very helpful when I was getting into the place and unloading my stuff from my car. There are tons of restaurants and coffee shops in the area, so it’s a great place to explore and hang out.

We enjoyed our stay. Clean, nice house, and in a location convenient to everything we wanted to do. Host was very responsive when we had questions. We loved being so close to the train. Great restaurants around, and also a convenience store and Family Dollar right around the corner for anything you need!

We loved Megan’s place! It’s adorably decorated and very cozy. We felt at home during our stay. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was great for cooking dinner one night. Checking in and out was really simple. You’re not immediately by the train, but it’s a quiet safe neighborhood and there’s a little park across the street and a cute coffee shop a short walk from the house. As was clearly indicated by the hosts, it’s notably warmer upstairs than it is downstairs (we stayed in November) but it wasn’t a real issue. Would happily stay here again.

very good location for walk to Wrigley field. felt comfortable in the surrounding area. Arlene was ready to assist with a situation we had with wife's broken hand and very Interested in her well being even though didn't meet. surprised us with a very nice 52 anniversary acknowledgement. My family and I had a great stay at Bel’s powder blue house. The house matched the pictures and description posted on the website, and was very clean and cozy inside. Bel’s communication was very effective throughout the entire experience, I will definitely be booking with him again in the future!

Nicole's place was great! It is a great location. I am a bad sleeper and the bedrooms were super quiet, which I loved. Nicole provided clear instructions to check in. The only issue we had was determining which key was for what since they weren't marked, and also opening the apartment door since the floor or door needed to be sanded and would get jammed. Besides that everything was fantastic. The place has plenty of space and the balcony is a nice extra perk. I would stay here in the future. Thank you Nicole!

Mindy & Tony’s place is well located - easily walkable to transit & the cute West Town neighborhood restaurants & shops. The room was very nice - I especially liked enjoying sunset tea on the wisteria-covered deck. Thanks for a cozy stay!

I agree with other guests that the pictures don’t do this place justice! It was the perfect spot for our little Chicago honeymoon. During our stay, the smoke alarm had a battery issue, and Doug came out immediately to fix it, and even recommended a local coffee shop that we could spend time in while he handled it. 10/10 would stay again! We had the absolute best experience staying at Eric’s place in Ukrainian Village. The parking was a huge plus, it was walkable and felt so safe and charming! The space was stunning and matched the listing perfectly. Will definitely be staying here next time we come to Chicago!

We had a nice 2 night stay in Chicago. Place was affordable, comfortable and clean. 10 minutes from downtown Chicago and short walk to train. Hosts were friendly and great at communication.

The apartment was very nice - looks better than the photos - modern, clean and very spacious. Great neighborhood too. Lots of fun restaurants and bars. Josh gave great ck in instructions and had extras in the apartment. Hope to stay there again. Thank you.

David’s apartment is perfect for a stay in Chicago. As it’s right next to an L station it is possible to get anyway in the city quickly and easily; although the location it’s self is one of the most vibrant and up and coming areas in Chicago. There is a Japanese restaurant downstairs which offers superb food and within a few blocks of the apartment there are tens of fabulous eateries and bars. This was part of the old meat and butchery section of town and has some great barbecue spots. The area has become an important working area of the town, with many tech business and architectural practices and office furniture , flooring and fabric showrooms springing up locally. So it’s certainly a vibrant area, with lots of people drawn there during the day and a great evening vibe. The apartment itself self is superb and self contained, with two bedrooms, one an on-suite and a double Murphy bed in the lounge area. Quiet and with a perfect kitchen. We’ve just booked for the third time!

We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Excellent location, very walkable, unit was bright and clean, quiet. Katherine and Dimi were very responsive … even had an iron delivered as the previous iron had gone missing. Truly can’t say enough about our stay! Thank you!

John's place is great, just as described. Very clean and location is perfect (across the street from Pequod's). Check in/out was easy and communication was good.

One of my favorite Aibnbs of all time. The location is FUN - right in the center of the action in Northalsted. The space itself is beautiful and clean. The bedrooms are spacious, and the kitchen is well equipped. Allan was awesome and left us a bottle of prosecco to welcome us. Best part of the house is the huge covered front balcony - a front row seat to the joyous crowds, especially on the weekend. We saw a concert, walked to a Cubs game, spoiled the kids on Michigan Ave - and everyone agreed the balcony was our fave part of the trip. The rear deck is icing on the cake. We were in town so our kids could go to a concert and they also loved the area. If you're sensitive to noise, bring earplugs - all the action brings a bit of music - but really it's a steady din so super easy to tune out at bedtime. We love this place and can't wait to come back!

The condo was very spacious and had everything we needed to stay right at home. Adrian was responsive to our questions. It was a perfect distance from the city for exploring through the day but staying in a peaceful place at night. The staircase in the house was a little steep but otherwise it was perfect.

We had a really good stay here! The hosts were super responsive and helpful, which made things easy from start to finish. The place was clean and had everything we needed. It’s also in a great spot — close to everything, which made getting around convenient.

We really enjoyed our stay here for our first time visiting Chicago! The location isn’t too far from downtown, and the nearest CTA station is just around the corner and easy to find. The space was exactly as described, just may feel a little crammed with more than 6 people. Hosts were fantastic and easy to communicate with and gave great local recommendations.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. The neighborhood is really walkable and there are so many spots to check out. We walked to 5 Rabanitos for a Mexican brunch and it was amazing. It is nice to be near Chicago but still have a relaxing place to come to after a long day.

This was just right for our family gathering (4 adults, 3 kids) in Chicago. Close to the el, and convenient to all of Chicago's attractions. Bravo.
