Viable location due to proximity to the subway. Very clean, organized and quiet space, great for two people. Busy streets, which give a sense of security. I'll be back on other occasions.

Check-in was extremely easy, and when I arrived the Airbnb was very clean and super fragrant, 🥹 it is very comfortable, and the bed + shower were wonderful! I miss it already. Luciana is also super organized and responsive, she was quick to answer me whenever I had any questions. The place is noisy until about 2 a.m., as expected from the location, but then it gets quiet. I recommend bringing earplugs to help you sleep! 10/10 recommend and will return more often 😊🙏🏻

Simply great! The house offers a very pleasant environment for a family or friend getaway. Super well-equipped, comfortable, cozy and beautiful! Communication with Rafael and Raquel was great, they were always available with a huge willingness! The beach tennis court is very good and the sand is better than many courts out there. Everything is very well taken care of. The heated pool was successfully used by adults and children. The additional services offered are excellent! We recommend the barbecue, pizza night and the housekeeper, who cooks very well! Super discreet and makes the experience even better. Our experience at the house was impeccable! I hope to be able to return in the near future again. We highly recommend the farm!

Rodrigo is a great host! Super nice people, attentive and flexible! The house is wonderful: very clean, organized and comfortable, exactly as shown in the photos. We had a great stay. The only observation is in relation to the parking space, which is on a very steep slope, so it is good to have some skill to park. Everything else is perfect! I highly recommend it!

The house is simply amazing! It exceeded all our expectations. It is modern, elegant and extremely welcoming – every detail has been thought out with great taste. The outdoor area is very beautiful and has a wonderful view, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the day. A special highlight goes to the host, who was extremely attentive and helpful from start to finish, making us feel totally at ease and ensuring that our experience was impeccable. Beautiful house. There were 8 of us and the house served us very well. The view of the dam is wonderful and staying in the pool enjoying the scenery is a delight. Marília was super attentive, even before we arrived, she sent us recommendations and it was super easy to check in and check out. My only addition would be the mega ramp to access the house. Keep this in mind, as it is extremely muddy and it was quite difficult to get out (we even had to deflate the car tires).

Second time we stayed at one of Sandra's properties, and it was impeccable again. Decoration, coziness, everything thought out with great affection and elegance.

We went for the third time to spend a weekend at the ranch and it was wonderful! We have gained a place not only to call home, but also a home as a refuge. We rested, enjoyed and will return more and more often! We thank Thiago and the caretakers: Marco and Layla for always being available for what we need and of course, we made friends, which is the most important thing.
