Great Airbnb, the whole apartment was spotless, it already had several things that helped us, the location was very good, I highly recommend it

The apartment is super well-equipped, clean and very well-decorated, exactly as shown in the photos. The location is also excellent, very close to Shopping Maia and with easy access to various services. The building has a great structure, with 24-hour concierge and services that make the stay even more comfortable. Fernanda is a wonderful host — very attentive, proactive and always available to help with anything. The only downside is the noise coming from the busy avenue nearby. Even though it's on a high floor, the tower in which the apartment is located picks up a lot of outside noise. Still, the experience as a whole was very positive!

Iron was the fastest host in the returns I've ever had on my travels. The apartment is very cozy, beautiful, with an AMAZING view. The building has great infrastructure. It's very close to the mall and everything is close. EXCELLENT value for money. Iron is very polite, helpful, with complete and organized guidelines. Excellent choice!

One of the apartments I liked the most, too bad it was for a short time, but I intend to return, there was complimentary water and coffee, the coffee saved us in the morning, clean and organized environment, and Carol was prompt, I highly recommend it.

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish, the house was amazing, we really had an experience inside, it was super worth it, the street was quiet, the house itself was very clean and everything was done with great care and delicacy. Super clean place with all the utensils described in the listing. Meire is always very friendly and willing to help us and make us as comfortable as possible. We will definitely return other times. I have nothing to complain about, only compliments, everything was great. Whoever books will be making a great choice of incredible experiences.

We had an amazing weekend! The house exceeded all our expectations: comfortable, well located and with an impeccable structure. In addition, the host was extremely attentive and friendly, always available for any need. It was a wonderful experience, and we certainly recommend it to everyone!

Edgard and his wife's house is sensational. Very well distributed and pleasant. Spacious rooms, clean and fragrant linens, a super clean house and an incredible gourmet area, with a beautiful view. The sunrise I saw there was one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen. I highly recommend it!

A wonderful place a paradise, I intend to return more often to those who want peace, there you find all this and more. The house and the super comfortable accommodation, not to mention that there are several bathrooms this was a differential nobody goes through the tightening of the wondrous clean pool kkkk and does not seem to have perfect chlorine (the water does not burn the eyes), many hammocks and space to rest, football field very well taken care, in fact everything there is very good care, barbecue the space is wonderful not to mention that there is a market we forget the coffee powder nor we need to get out of there very practical we bought we scored and when we left just make the pix super recommend, the night we made a fire a lot of fun. The only thing that's boring is that we have to leave 😞 but I can't wait to come back and so much we can't enjoy everything . *super recommend*

Alexandre and Luciana were very attentive since before we closed the house, until we left. The house served us very well during the stay, it has everything! Swimming pool, barbecue, several bedrooms, bathrooms, TV room, dining room, gym in front, tennis court. Anyway, they were very quiet days for those who need to relax.

The house is really amazing. The design favors natural light, spaces, and contact with nature. With a cozy and intimate rustic architecture, the house favors guest interaction, whether it's a pizza night, wines around the fireplace, chatting in the living room or a barbecue. My friends and I really enjoyed the stay and the beautiful property. Victor is an excellent host and goes above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. The local staff is very helpful. We are sure to be back soon.
