This spacious house, recently renovated, is located on the first floor of an elegant historic building, on the main shopping street in the historic center, close to the main square. It also offers a convenient and highly appreciated private parking space in the building's inner courtyard, where an electric car charging station is available. For groups of friends or large families, you can book two more of my homes in the same building: “Luxury Relaxing Home…” and “Delightful Relaxing Home…”.

Etna and St. Pietro church, parasoll, sunbeds, dining table (6p), outdoor kitchen (coalgrill), solar shower (at request). Animals must be approved!

Groove House is a vacation home located in the heart of the historic center of Catania, very close to the city's main attractions. Built on two levels, it features a built-in kitchen equipped with all amenities, a bathroom with shower and a living room with a full-size sofa bed on the ground floor, while on the upper floor there is a comfortable double bedroom with a bed and memory foam pillows and a large bathroom with a corner whirlpool tub and washing machine.
