Vacation rentals with breakfast in Naxos

I spent a wonderful month in this location - it's clean and comfortable with good wifi for remote working - perfect for what I was after. Maria is a wonderful host who is always responsive and cleaned the place once a week while leaving me nice things for breakfast! She even gave me a lift to and from Catania (c.10km) with my heavy suitcase. Trecastagni is a pleasant town on the slopes of Etna with accessible supermarkets and other essential shops as well as a some nice bars and restaurants and several churches. This location is better for those with private vehicles as the buses to/from Trecastagni are somewhat unreliable and it is a walk of several miles to the nearest train station (Acireale). However for those with vehicles it offers good access to Etna as well as other attractions in the area such as Catania and Acireale.

We had a great stay in Tina’s place. Tina was always very helpful and very quick to respond to requests. The place is really peaceful and beautiful. To sit outside and listen to nightingales singing, scops owls calling at night and many more birds was fantastic. The only other noise was the bells on the cows as they came past the house to go for a drink. The flowers along the tracks are gorgeous. The place has a fantastic ambience. A wonderful relaxing retreat. Wish we had been able to stay longer.

we had a great time in a beautiful village close to etna. the property is beautiful, and we felt very welcomed by the owner, his cute dog and even 2 horses.

Great stay, very accommodating hosts, had all amenities one could need and more. In a great location too as it's very near to Via Gisira, on which there are many restaurants, minimarts and cafes (I recommend Bar Mazzini at the square), and then the Paolo Borsellino bus station is nearby, where you can get the bus to the airport or bus to other parts of Sicily such as Taormina and Palermo.

The Airbnb was great. Sicily was beautiful and the views of Etna were incredible.

The place is exactly as described, everything new and well cared for, snacks and drinks are provided, as well as soaps and soaps. We were made to find a camping bed and high chair as we requested, nothing was really missing. Slightly "outside" the center but we reached everything very comfortably on foot. Directions were quick and accurate. We definitely recommend it.

Highlights • Excellent central location near the fish market, restaurants, and nightlife. • Clean, comfortable, well-equipped apartment, very comfortable beds, hot water will run out if you have consecutive showers of three or more. • Livio is an outstanding host who provided helpful recommendations and support throughout the stay. He followed up and checked in regularly to make certain we were comfortable. Considerations • Nightlife noise between 12-4 AM may disturb light sleepers. • Limited bathroom counter space for six guests (manageable but worth noting). • Parking is challenging through out Catania so this was a minor thing considering: a shared, uncovered patio about 800 meters away is available, but it requires precise maneuvering (parking with the back bumper against the wall). A Peugeot 5008 can fit, but a minivan would be too large. Overall Excellent stay. We strongly recommend this apartment and would stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful place! The apartment is very large and spacious. Great layout of the rooms. The balconies are a dream. Great host. The place is easy to reach and a perfect starting point for great excursions in the area. We will be happy to come back.

The big plus for the accommodation was Tato who made contact with us and arranged to meet us at the apartment. Tato made us feel welcome and showed us around the apartment which was presented with a number of items (bottled water, tea, coffee, milk etc). Tato was available to assist as required and provided useful information about the local area. The apartment was as advertised. The location of the apartment was convenient for the main bus station (we did a few day trips to Palermo, Syracuse and Taormina). The apartment location was also convenient for local travel by Alibus from/back to the airport. We also were able to access all of the main tourist attractions in Catania by walking from the apartment. I would be happy to stay at the apartment again.

Good communication at all times and clear instructions to access the apartment. It was nice that Davide and Flavia came out to greet us.. and so kind and thoughtful that Flavia gave us a little present too! Lots of space in all rooms, plus a secluded outdoor terrace with table and chairs. Very clean throughout, well equipped with a welcome pack of goodies. Unfortunately we weren't able to explore the area, as late arriving and left early for the airport - but handy for our ongoing journey. The apartment, or rather a huge apartment, is impressive, clean, tidy, quiet neighborhood and this view from the terrace to the sea and Etna is impressive. A good starting point for exploring Catania and the east coast of Sicily. The only thing missing was a dishwasher in the kitchen, although this does not affect the positive assessment of the apartment and the host in any way, I recommend it with a clear conscience.

We stayed at the accommodation with three children. Maria provided us with a cot, a high chair and even a stroller. We were very impressed with how child-friendly the stay was. Maria also contacted us again to see if we needed anything and if everything was okay. The accommodation itself could not be better located. There is a great café that is also open very early, a great park with playgrounds is 3 minutes' walk and the old town is also around the corner. We'd come back any time.

Carmelita’s place was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. It had a perfect view of the harbor. She was very responsive and helpful! She was flexible with check in and made sure we had what we needed. Parking was right in front of the home. It’s not easily walkable, as the restaurants and walk along the water are not easy to access but we did walk around a bit. You need a car if you want to go to the old city center - or possibly take a bus. And the back side of the house faces a busy overpass, though it was not too noisy. The house was fine for us, as we did have a car. Thank you for hosting us!

We stayed at B&B Villa Giorgia for three nights and had a truly memorable experience. Mrs. Pina was a gracious and attentive host, offering helpful tips for exploring Taormina during the Easter season. The property itself is beautiful, with an eclectic charm and artistic touches throughout. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of Mount Etna—we were fortunate to witness a volcanic eruption during our stay, which made it even more special. Each morning, we were served a delightful breakfast featuring local produce, and the espresso was exceptional. The atmosphere was calm, homely, and serene, making it an ideal place to unwind. Our room was cleaned daily, which added to the overall comfort and care provided. We highly recommend Villa Giorgia for anyone looking for a unique and welcoming stay in Taormina.

A friend and I had a really lovely stay at Patrizia’s. The pool was beautiful, and the fresh breakfasts in the morning were lovely. A nice quiet place with great views and about 10mins by car to Taormina

Loved staying at Chiara, would absolutely stay again. Breakfasts were amazing! Our room was comfortable and had all the amenities we could need. It was great to stay in a quieter area not far from the bustle of Taormina and Giardini Naxos! (Playground right across the street for any families traveling with kids.)
