Silviu’s place was lovely. It was charming and within walking distance of a Chinese super market, the lake, and a place for coffee. Silviu even picked us up and dropped us off at the train station which was extremely kind. His place is close to the train station but it is a would have felt very long with our heavy bags. He was very kind and responsive before and during the visit. There was also parking right in-front of the place for our friends who had a car. We had a great stay.

The hosts were wonderful & responsive - could not ask for better! The home was clean and well-appointed. Just as described! The enclosed patio was a PLUS. Location was perfect; 2 1/2 easy, walkable blocks to the Porto Romana metro station, 1 block from PAM (local, well-stocked grocery store) and MANY restaurants & cafes within 2-3 blocks. For a unique restaurant try VENUCCI just down the street. Excellent wine menu and pizza. Ask for Tonya - she’s a wonderful person and a nice host! Enjoy!

A super clean and very appealing apartment with everything you need to feel good! Top equipped and nothing is missing. From spices, dishwasher tabs to cleaning and bathroom items, everything is available. Great, great and great again. 😉 Thank you again and again for everything😉😘

The stay at Chiara's apartment was very good. The location is great and the apartment very cozy. Unfortunately, the neighbors had a music event and the first night was not so relaxing🥴 Otherwise, however, it is very quiet. We will definitely be back to this apartment!! Would recommend this spot - you are right in the middle of the busy waterfront! We loved - location (next to where we rented a boat, literally next to the funicular (this is busy frequently so we were able to watch as the line became more manageable) located just steps away from the Airbnb, VERY close to train station, very close to a supermarket, kids loved the hot tub. The host is so responsive and friendly, loved him. We received a welcome bottle of wine which was nice, thank you!! Only minus - (this was NOT terrible) but there is construction next door and they begin early (8am) which woke me up but no one else in the home. The ants, there are some ants that live in the yard in front and end up in the home - this was not overwhelming just slightly annoying.

Tranquility, relaxation, and lots of greenery in the well-kept garden with many goodies and curiosities in an independent location but cradled by a sweetly familiar and belonging environment. Amazing

Great room, good value for money

We enjoyed our stay! The apartment is specious, convenient to the metro and had a private garage for parking. Something to take note of is that the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift.

Had a super good experience! Brand new apartment with fantastic views, delicious breakfast, good instructions and delicious bath with beautiful views. Super customer experience and the host goes that extra mile to make you feel at home and pamper you. If we had to mention a downside, it was the quality of the food ordered, this was a little less in quality. Keep it up!

We stayed at the property for four days and enjoyed the time very much. The accommodation is lovingly decorated and there is everything you need. It's also worth walking to the village and strolling through the small alleys. Down on the main road there is a small delicatessen, which appealed to us very much. Within 10 minutes you are in Stresa and in 20 minutes in Arona, where you can shop well. We will be happy to come back!

A very pleasant stay in a green and very peaceful environment! Marco and Maria immediately made us feel at home. The space was seamlessly equipped. Besides, it seemed much bigger than we had imagined with the photos! We would recommend it without hesitation!

Amazing freshly renovated apartment with high ceiling. Located in the city part called Brera, which was beyond our imagination. Plenty of cool places around, beautiful people and an amazing bar opposite the apartment‘s block, which did not disturb in the night time. Apartment even has a nice balcony overlooking gorgeous Milanese architecture. Hosts are very responsive and proactive in communication. Even though the apartment could seem a bit pricey, it is worth every cent if you strive for a comfortable, modern stay and feel like a local in the capital of fashion, design and culture

Great place to stay! Safe with a very nice outdoor space. Lots of different restaurants and right in the middle of all the designer stores.

This apartment is a gem in Milano. You are in Milano but it is in a tranquil setting. Minimal noise except for birds and church bells. Beautifully decorated and exceptionally comfortable. An easy train ride to the centre of the city and all the attractions. There is a big supermarket close by and a few restaurants. Tancredi met us on arrival and all communication was prompt and helpful. If you want to experience the real Milano away from the designer shops and crowds, this is the place for you! We absolutely loved staying in this apartment!

Clean place to stay, would recommend to others

We stayed in Alessandro's penthouse for an event in Milan and I find it very comfortable! The accommodation is very nice and with all the necessary amenities to feel immediately at ease.
