This is a friendly cooking experience. You'll be welcomed into a typical Italian home for a traditional meal with a local, where you'll learn how to make Sicilian and Northern Italian homemade pasta. I'll share with you my grandmother and my family's secrets for easily preparing delicious homemade pasta: Sicilian (rigatoni or busiate), tortelli, tagliatelle or other typical kinds of homemade pasta with wheat flour (with gluten and eggs or water). And, Dulcis in fundo (last but not least), we will make my special tiramisù with Sicilian ingredients. We will start our Photo Shoot in the heart of Milan, at Piazza Duomo and then we will go to the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele and Piazza della Scala and show the coolest spots in the historic center of the fashion city, where we will make you know everything from the perspective of locals.
