We felt both well taken care of and completely private throughout our stay. We also got excellent recommendations that made our experience even better. We only regret not staying longer. Very good location, right near Modena. Street parking is available in front of the property. Marco provided coffee, milk, water, croissant and sweets which was very welcome. Accommodation is nice, large and spacious, the kitchen offers everything you need. Highly recommended!

Two bright attic studios with a single entrance, suitable for up to 4 people. Property located in front of Palazzo Ducale, wonderful location, super central and well served: in the square below there are several restaurants and bars/bakeries, without this affecting the noise perceived from the house. The two apartments are new, well-kept, very clean and there is everything you need in terms of accessories in the house. Simple entry by typing in the code/unlocking the door from the phone. If I were to return to Modena, I would definitely come back here! Thanks Giada

I was in the studio the last week of May for 5 nights. Great accommodation for a single traveler, it may seem small but there is everything you need, high floor with elevator, possibility to cook, area from which it is easy to get around Modena on foot as I did and there are also several public transport options nearby if needed. Bars, supermarkets, bakery, and historic center nearby. I was received by Alessandro, who is very kind and can give excellent information on everything you need. So, it was a positive experience for me.

Despite language barriers, it was possible to communicate with him. He was always very quick to answer my questions and at check-in he was on site himself. The apartment was very clean and quietly located. There were also breakfast croissants, milk and cereals prepared. For us, it was just perfect! Thank you again 😊
