Great place. The unit is fully updated and had a great view of the beach. Very quiet and perfect for a long stay.

Condo was very clean, well maintained and nicely appointed. Appliances were of very high quality and worked well. Kitchenware and cookware was plentiful, well maintained and uniform. Access to the beach was convenient and the complimentary beach chairs were available daily. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony taking in the views of the Gulf. Eric was very responsive to the few questions we asked If you enjoy a beach vacation this is a great place to visit

Everything was wonderful and as presented. Beautiful and sleek. Great getaway for two. Bay beach and pier right outside the back door.

Grant is a great host. He was very accommodating with not only check in but with us allowing us to adjust our checkout. The home was extremely clean and just the right size for my husband and myself. It is within walking distance to the beach and we loved that he provided a beach umbrella and chairs +++. Next time we are in Navarra we will certainly book here again.

Great location with fabulous views. Close to the pier, which was nice to take a walk. Also, walking paths down the street were nice. Super easy in & out location w/ easy parking, ramps & carts for getting luggage/groceries inside. We loved the ramp over the dunes to the beach & the super nice, beach chair guys. This is a great place to stay with very nice & friendly hosts. They were always extremely quick in responding. We would love to rent from them again.

We had an amazing stay at this Navarre gem! From the moment we booked, host Wendy was an absolute pleasure—friendly, responsive, and incredibly flexible with our arrival and departure. She made everything seamless. The home itself was spotless and well-maintained. The private access to the water was a huge highlight—we even caught a couple of nice trout right from the shore! The pool area was clean and inviting, and the "pup pad" was such a thoughtful addition. Our golden retriever loved having a secure space to relax—it really made the trip feel like home for all of us. The location was ideal—close to everything in Navarre, yet tucked away enough to enjoy some quiet and privacy. We’re already talking about booking again. Highly recommend this stay for families, pet owners, or anyone looking for a peaceful waterfront getaway with all the right touches!

Susan was absolutely wonderful! She was very responsive and accommodating. She also was very helpful with any questions I had. The property itself was amazing! You could go out the back door to one beach, or take a short walk and see the beautiful blue water and hunt for sea shells on another. It is so peaceful! Navarre is a very family-friendly place and not as tourist-y as Destin or Pensacola. If that is what you want one day of your stay, either is only a 45-minute drive. Definitely worth every penny!!! Hope to be back some day.

Wow! 🤩 5 stars and more if I could give it!! Everything about this place was absolutely perfect! Cory and Brittany left no stone unturned when making sure we had everything we needed and more. This was our first time in Navarre and we were a little unsure of staying here vs. Destin. We are so glad we did and will definitely be coming back; hopefully to Sabbia Bianca specifically. The gorgeous views, beauty of this condo and hospitality of our hosts can not be beat. Stop scrolling and book this place! You will not regret it and will not want to leave. My family and I had an amazing stay!!! The condo was perfect and exactly what we were looking for! Bill was very responsive and our group will definitely be back in the future.

We had a great stay! The furniture is nice and comfortable and he provided necessities like k cup coffees, soap, shampoo, face wash, etc. We loved the views and easy access to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a fabulous week here. The place was perfect for our group of 6. The location was perfect. It was quiet and not as busy as Destin and Pensacola Beach which is what we were looking for. Both Destin and Pensacola were only a 25 minute drive for excursions and more restaurants options. The only complaint I have is there was a huge lack of supplies in the unit - 1 garbage bag, 1 paper towel, 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 bathrooms, no laundry soap. If I had known we would have brought these things instead we had to venture 20 minutes to a Walmart for these things. Other than that it was a great place. We’d come back for sure.

The condo was the best we have stayed in. The furniture upgrades both inside and out were a nice unexpected surprise as they weren’t shown in the booking photos. The bed might be the most comfortable ever made! My only complaint, and it’s not really a complaint, is the beach service is a little confusing. You do get chairs and umbrella included but to insure a front row you need to be on the beach early and talking with the guy putting out the chairs about securing some, it’s first come first serve on ones that aren’t reserved. You can also pay $15.00 extra a day to reserve a set. The beach service guy was awesome and took great care of us all week. Highly recommended! Oh, and the pool was not heated and in first of May was a little cool but certainly is of no fault of the owner.

My husband and I had a great time in Destin and this unit was perfect for what we needed! We loved that the balcony gets shade most of the day so we could sit out there and not be burning up. We loved how many restaurants and activities there were to do around the area. Very communicative and checked in on us when we arrived. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful view! Right on the Gulf. Emerald Green waters as far as you can see. 3 pools, a Tiki Bar, Cafe and a beautiful sugar white beach! Trevor was fantastic! Responded immediately when I asked anything! Gave some great local advice! Totally enjoyed HarborWalk from TinFin to the end, great area, lots of fun!! We will be back!!

This condo is absolutely stunning! It is spacious, well equipped and the views are incredible. We booked this place to celebrate my wife’s birthday and we were very happy with it.

What a beautiful place to spend my vacation. Eric was wonderful and came right over when I couldn’t figure out the tv. You can tell he is the kind of guy who would do anything for anyone. The home is exceptionally beautiful and clean, and well stocked. We will be returning, God Willing.

Thank you for renting us your house for the 10th - 18th. We really enjoyed ourselves. We brought our boat and went to Crab Island, Juana’s, McRee Cove to see the Blue Angels and then to the FloraBama. We cooked crab legs and oysters we got from Joe Patti’s and ate outs with the sunset in the background. We really had the best time. Thank you again.

Sophea’s home was beautiful, nearly brand new, pristine, well stocked, great location and a view that can’t be beat!! Will 100% be back. Great communication throughout. The water sport items, chairs, and beach toys were a great addition and made it very convenient. The dock was unbelievable and a great addition to the house. Thanks Sophea.

Chanel’s place was just absolutely perfect! We felt at home in the cozy space! Chanell was just amazing with her communication from the being of booking all the way to the end! She gave us suggestions on things to do as she found out about them herself! It was like having a friend who helped with our plans for things to do! The most amazing host I’ve ever had and would love to stay at Chanell’s property again when in the area! Thank you for such a lovely stay! My daughter, grandson and I had a wonderful time! The home was great! The huge TV was an added bonus for my grandson who loved watching Mickey Mouse Playhouse on a huge screen lol! Thank you so much Chanell 😊

Being that this is my first Airbnb I’d say this was a very good experience. The location was great in the space was so pretty. The view from the room was amazing. I mostly enjoyed being able to watch the sunset and sunrise from the balcony. The included amenities really put this place over the top for me!

We loved our time at manor by the bay we enjoyed the amenities and the outdoor areas the guest house was perfect for us with the water views and our boat safely on the dock!

First impression was great & remained great! The bottom floor was spacious with full kitchen, full bath, comfy furniture, slider that opened to porch overlooking a lake. Beautiful! Upstairs are two full bedrooms with plenty of storage. Beds were comfy w/great linens. The outside storage contains a washer/dryer & beach equipment. Definitely a 10 - the space was a lot better than some small hotel room. Very close to the dog beach, which the dogs enjoyed the beach and lake with ducks/frogs. And just a walk to the public beach. Did have a problem with the door code but the host answered back quickly. However, the issue was resolved. The area was great and felt like not on vacation. We will be rebooking!

Beyond expectations! This tranquil beach house is nestled in the perfect location for peaceful vacationing while being close to everything you would want to do in the Gulf Shores area. Marty and Ron are fabulous hosts and their property is absolutely beautiful. Already looking forward to planning our next trip!
