Great place to stay that is reasonably priced with a restaurant/bar with great food and service attached. Less than a minute walk to beautiful white quartz beach! Will definitely stay here again!

The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location was perfect. Just a short drive to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions, but still tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Our host was incredibly responsive, and helpful with recommendations. You can tell they put a lot of care into making the space welcoming for guests. I especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, beach gear, and a well-stocked kitchen. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area. I would and will absolutely book again!

Very happy with this stay. We like to spend most of our time shopping and dining in Pensacola but we prefer the beaches in Navarre, so Gulf Breeze is the perfect. If you’re looking for a cutesy, professionally decorated place, this ain’t for you. If you do, however, want CLEAN, convenient to everything, cold a/c, and an easily-accessible place to sleep and shower, this is it. Daniel was responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay here again, if available when we come back.

This was my first time in Pensacola and Wes’ place was the ideal spot for me and my partners stay. We had our dog with us and the neighborhood this spot is located in is perfect for long walks with our pet. There’s also a super cute dog beach/park close by that we drove to and immensely enjoyed. There are great restaurants and grocery stores close by, too. This location is away from the craziness of tourists, but close enough to all the shops, beaches, restaurants and attractions which makes it perfect. Absolutely loved this stay and hope to be back soon!

10 out of 10 would definitely recommend! Nelson is a great host, the house was perfect, and the location was so convenient to everything we did. We can’t wait to book this house again!

Our stay at Kathy Bell’s condo in Sans Souci Room 308 was absolutely amazing—truly better than we expected. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered a breathtaking view right on the beach. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee on the balcony was a highlight of our trip. Kathy was a great host and made everything seamless from start to finish. It was genuinely hard to pack up and leave when our vacation ended. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Very clean space, it was perfect for my boyfriend and I, and roomier than we expected. Will definitely stay here again if we get the chance! And Gary was super nice and helpful. Make sure to check out the host guidebook because it has some great recommendations!

This condo was perfect for a couple get away. It was quiet and peaceful. Located at the end of the building on 6th floor so no noise! We watched the sun raise at the front balcony area that was private and then dinner with sunset on the main balcony! All days on the beach with great access AND THE BEACH WAS BEAUTIFUL AS EMERALD COAST NEVER DISAPPOINTS! Host were constantly in touch and available by email. We had everything we needed to cook our meals and store food. The combo oven was a special touch with it being a oven, toaster, and air fryer! WOW! Coffee pot was both pot brewer and k-cup. We were very pleased with this condo! Thank you guys for a wonderful week!

such an amazing cute quaint and perfect for just one of 2 people. I was on a work trip. And found this amazing cottage house. And I am soooo glad I did will definitely stay again. Very quiet. comfortable and felt right at home.

Anna’s place was great and close to Pensacola Beach without having to pay for Pensacola Beach. She was very responsive from booking my reservation. The condo was specious with a lot of room with everything that we needed. It was a great vacation and can’t wait to come back again! 😊

Beautiful views out over the Gulf of America. We saw dolphins almost every morning. We found several excellent places to eat nearby. Perfect location.

This is our second year coming to stay, we love the location and the private beach is amazing. There are not giant crowds of people and you are very close to tons of shopping and restaurants.

Very nice place for me and the pups! It was clean and had everything we needed to feel right at home! Lots of space in the home and the fenced in backyard is a fantastic space too! Modern amenities like new appliances, good WiFi, and entertainment.

The space was thoughtfully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The communication with Sandra was so easy and she responded to our needs immediately! The swimming pool was clean and refreshing, perfect for cooling off after a day in the sun. And the fishing dock was a total bonus! We enjoyed quiet evenings casting a line and taking in the beautiful views. The host was communicative and welcoming, making check-in and check-out super easy. You can tell they put a lot of care into making sure guests feel at home. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with a great mix of fun outdoor activities and cozy comfort.

Great stay for 2! Easy walk to the beach, clean and updated space. Thankfully there were beach chairs (either leftover from another guest or from the hosts) that we were able to use as well. Would return :)

Our condo was great with a beautiful view. We would definitely stay here again. Our host was very quick to reply with any questions or concerns that we had.

Everything was great and as described. The beach that you get shuttled to from the unit is extremely crowded and beach chair rentals are way overpriced, so I would recommend driving to a different beach, but there are many nearby. They do say they include beach chairs with the unit but they are not beach chairs, they are lawn chairs which was the only let down with this rental. But the room was very clean and location was good, we loved the bedding.

The condo views was incredible and had plenty of room. The freezer was broken so was a little frustrating and the bathroom shower in the main could have been cleaner do to it looked like some mildew but all and all the place was great, the walk to the beach was short, the sand and water was just like the caribbean. The balcony was large and very nice. I would definitley stay there again.

By far, this was one of the BEST and great times that we have had in any Airbnb thus far.. I will definitely be staying here again. The host were absolutely fantastic very nice and always responsive to all of our needs. Brian and his wife went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy comfortable and enjoyed our little mini Vacay I would recommend this 10/10

Funny enough we only stumbled upon this after our original Airbnb cancelled at another location due to urgent plumbing issues (and this happened to also be the only week available coincidentally, at Gina’s). We are so happy that ended up leading us to Gina’s retreat! We will most definitely return and book here. It was a perfect location and accurately described. We even decided to extend our trip a day just a few days before we were arriving. If you’re debating on booking, do it!!!🙂

The communication from start to finish was top notch! The place was great, great view and felt very open inside! It had everything we needed. We loved the pool area and the beach was beautiful! Wonderful experience!

Overall, our stay was great. The majority of the property was booked all weekend. Little different staying in a location with multiple renters, much like a bed and brekkie. I enjoyed our space - we weren’t around much but you can hear very clearly your neighbors since it’s only a door that separates you. Quiet time is 10 and everyone followed that which was good. We enjoyed the dock the most. I sat for hours and watched dolphins play right in front of me. The dock needs some work with the sun getting to it but pretty typical in Florida. The grounds were kept clean and nice. Crystal was our co-host and she was amazing. Responsive and communicative - we were even able to check in a liter early. Bed on our side of the manor is pretty soft, so it was the couch for me as it’s more firm. I’d stay again but maybe in the guesthouse where it’s more quiet as that’s my preference. Parking can be tricky so be prepared. Three boat trailers while we stayed but I had my own space. Enjoyed it!
