We had a fantastic time! It was a great location with a beautiful view from the back porch. It’s was very relaxing, quiet and comfortable. My family really enjoyed themselves.

We had a great stay! The furniture is nice and comfortable and he provided necessities like k cup coffees, soap, shampoo, face wash, etc. We loved the views and easy access to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Such a great stay!! Martha's condo is exactly as described, and she was super helpful and responsive. We noticed the fridge wasn't cooling as it should be, and 3 hours later someone had been out and the problem was fixed. We were amazed with how responsive and attentive she was to fix a very small problem. The condo itself was super cute, clean, just as described and the views from the balcony were gorgeous! A quick walk to several different places to eat (all of which were amazing- live music and kareoke through the evening), and easy access to the pool and the beach. The private boardwalk to the beach included showers- a huge plus! The condo had everything you could need, including an entire closet of beach chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella, and kids beach toys- you will need nothing!!! our family will definitely be back!

This condo is a very nice place to stay and would stay again ! Everything was in very good shape and clean ! Very convenient to the beach and the pier !

Great location with fabulous views. Close to the pier, which was nice to take a walk. Also, walking paths down the street were nice. Super easy in & out location w/ easy parking, ramps & carts for getting luggage/groceries inside. We loved the ramp over the dunes to the beach & the super nice, beach chair guys. This is a great place to stay with very nice & friendly hosts. They were always extremely quick in responding. We would love to rent from them again.

We had a small party of women for this trip. Forrest’s condo is the extra aspect of our trip that made the vacation wonderful! We felt very safe and comfortable in the gated community, especially in the condo. It was nice that the condo offers luggage carts to take luggage up/down the elevators. The beds were incredibly comfortable. I couldn’t hear any neighbors or those still on the beach at night while I was trying to sleep. The furnishings are great quality. The access to the beach was easy. We were grateful for the chairs Forrest provided on top of the 2 offered on the beach. Nearby shops and restaurants were close enough that we walked to several. Forrest was quick to respond (mostly needed for helping me figure out how to work things like the dehumidifier lol) anytime I contacted him and always so polite. The beach was constantly full of families and couples. The atmosphere on the beach also felt safe enough that I stayed there alone a few times. Excellent time!!

Lovely home with everything that we needed. The home worked well for 4 adults, Yorkie dog and a toddler. We walked to the beach and also to the bay, used the bikes to bike to buy snow cones, and loved the pool. The little area for a dog was wonderful and the storage area provided everything we needed for the pool and beach ( even a wagon, chairs and sand toys!) I liked that the floor plan was split with two bedrooms and a bath on either side of the combo living area and kitchen. This allowed for some privacy. Wonderful location close to restaurants, shopping and groceries. We had a wonderful time and we are so appreciative of you opening your home to us!

Thank you for renting us your house for the 10th - 18th. We really enjoyed ourselves. We brought our boat and went to Crab Island, Juana’s, McRee Cove to see the Blue Angels and then to the FloraBama. We cooked crab legs and oysters we got from Joe Patti’s and ate outs with the sunset in the background. We really had the best time. Thank you again.

Ms. Charlotte’s house is definitely a great option if you want to stay in Narraré beach!! Everything in the house is well organized and well maintained! We do not want to leave we had so much fun!! We will definitely book again when we get the family together again!!!!!

There is a reason Kristal at Cobb’s Cove is a “Super host”! What a wonderful home, beautiful location, peaceful surrounding right on Santa Rosa Sound! Super clean with everything we need for an amazing get away! Kristal made sure we were taken care of and kept in contact with us! Our entire family and pups fit right in!! We enjoyed the dock at sunrise and sunset and rode the kayaks, drank wine on the large deck overlooking the Sound and watch all the wildlife! Leaving was hard!!!! It’s paradise❤️

Chanel’s place was just absolutely perfect! We felt at home in the cozy space! Chanell was just amazing with her communication from the being of booking all the way to the end! She gave us suggestions on things to do as she found out about them herself! It was like having a friend who helped with our plans for things to do! The most amazing host I’ve ever had and would love to stay at Chanell’s property again when in the area! Thank you for such a lovely stay! My daughter, grandson and I had a wonderful time! The home was great! The huge TV was an added bonus for my grandson who loved watching Mickey Mouse Playhouse on a huge screen lol! Thank you so much Chanell 😊

Everything was as described, we had a wonderful stay. The location is hard to beat, and the house had everything we needed for a great week. Beds were comfortable, having beach towels, chairs, fishing poles, a wagon, ect. was a huge plus. The host responded very quickly to any messages, we couldn’t have asked for better responsiveness. The host allowed for early check in, they were very accommodating. All together it was an amazing house to stay in, I would stay again in a heartbeat.

We loved our time at manor by the bay we enjoyed the amenities and the outdoor areas the guest house was perfect for us with the water views and our boat safely on the dock!

Great place to stay very close to the beach. There is everything you’d need and more at this rental. We loved that the beach access didn’t have the crowds that the large towers have—we had our space.

Context: Argentinean couple visiting - 2 small dogs - $180/night. Beautiful neighbourhood, close to the bridge to the beaches, with parks to walk or excercise as close as 2 blocks from the cabin. The cabin is small but very nice, everything was clean and had all the necessary supplies. The shower and the bed were great. Cooking can only be done with a microwave. Parking is on the street -no issues since it seems safe-. Small patio between the cabin and the house where you can sit to enjoy fresh air. We trully enjoyed our stay, Terri was very polite and clear in her instructions, we had privacy and felt comfortable at all times. It was our first time visiting Pensacola and were able to tour different places since the cabin is almost mid-point between places you can visit. We would definitely recommend it, it's a 5 stars in all aspects.

We had a minor issue with door code but we messaged Apryl & she took care of it within minutes. The beds including the daybed & pull out were very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised that the kitchen was well stocked & the knives were actually sharp! This was our first time doing a beach vacation & we loved the location. My kids loved that the fishing pier was so close & we loved that the beach was walkable & quiet - never too crowded. Sunrise/Sunset were gorgeous! Everyone we ran into was very friendly & Apryl was a great host, would definitely recommend staying here.

Kyle was an EXCEPTIONAL Host!!! If you are considering the Navarre/ Destin area, I would encourage you to choose his cozy RV. The Santa Rosa sound views are amazing and you are only steps from the ocean. The RV is fully stocked. Fly in and simply relax. We loved it so much that we made two additional reservations for the near future.

The townhouse was clean and very comfortable. The beds and linens were nice. This was the most pleasurable experience. Thank you April.

Chuck and Stacy were wonderful hosts. They always gave recommendations as to what to discover in their area. Would highly recommend staying there especially if you want peace and quiet. Great hosts!!!

Jan's place was the perfect getaway from home. My husband, younger brother, and I had a wonderful time there. On a few days, the red and purple flags kept us from going into the ocean, but that didn’t matter—we had the swimming pool at Jan's place all to ourselves! Wherever we go, I love cooking all our meals, and I was happy to find all the kitchen utensils and cookware I needed. We truly thank Jan for letting us stay at his place.

Everything was wonderful and as presented. Beautiful and sleek. Great getaway for two. Bay beach and pier right outside the back door.

This house was amazing and clean! It has everything you need to cook, play at the beach, and relax. Perfect location for families…especially with kiddos. Looking forward to coming back soon!

The house and view are beautiful. We loved the living room and master bedroom with amazing views of the ocean. The other bedrooms do not have any nice views. A little stuffy in those rooms but they provide fans for all the rooms which is nice. The walk to and from the beach was short and so convenient for our family. Took just a few minutes to walk back and make lunch or use the bathroom. The beach is clean, quiet and sand is soft and pristine. Be aware that only 2 of the beach chairs from the property worked, the rest broken. Most of the umbrellas were broken and same with the beach wagon. We made do just fine and I let the owner know, but didn’t hear back. Hopefully they replace all the broken gear for future guests. Saw our neighbors once or twice but not issues hearing them through the walls or anything. Would definitely go back!
