There is a bathroom/shower and a separate laundry room. The apartment is optimal for 2 people or a family of 4, but 4 adults can easily stay there if using the sofa bed. There is a 30 min. walk to downtown Reykjavik, 7 min. to Perlan, 14 min. to Kringlan Mall, and 18 min. to Nauthólsvík geothermal beach.

The house is close to Hamraborg bus station (10 minutes walk), local swimming pool, Sky Lagoon, bakery, supermarket, pharmacy and more.
