This authentic wine cellar located in the heart of the northern Médoc, 17 km from the beaches, offers an atypical living space of 800 m2 containing our home and a 215 m2 cottage. You will have three air-conditioned bedrooms each with a shower room and separate toilet, a huge living room with equipped kitchen. Finally, separating you from our home, you will find a game room with an American pool table and… A skate bowl! Bikes and surfboards can also be provided.

This family home that was renovated in 2021 is ideal for a pleasant holiday without having to take the car, everything is accessible on foot or by bike. The beach is 7 min walk, shops 2 min, market, forest walks, tennis, golf, zoo, tree climbing, bowling alley, spa, restaurants, amusement parks, bike paths, nautical base, etc... Everything is close by.
