We are PET FRIENDLY! The house is 01 block (100m) from the beautiful Sape beach inside a condominium (near Lagoinha). The house has 4 bedrooms (2 en-suites) + mezzanine. There is 1 bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. Total = 5 bathrooms For leisure there is a pool, barbecue, pizza oven, garden with hammm. Easily accessible condominium next to the beach (no need to cross the road). Once there, you don't need a car, because within a 5-minute walk there are supermarkets, pharmacies, grocery stores, etc. Within a 20-minute walk there are waterfalls!

In a gated community, this house was made by a very special architect named Dedé. It's a great house for friends and family. Perfect for those who like to cook, have comfort and admire one of the most beautiful landscapes in the world! I spent many of the best moments of my life here. It has a poetry all its own. You need to experience it to feel what I'm trying to describe here. I'm biased, I know, but I recommend the experience. The house is also the setting of the book The Enchanter of People. =)

O chalé possui um quintal privativo, que conta com churrasqueira. Distância de 900 metros da praia, aproximadamente 11 minutos à pé. O chalé conta com internet fibra.

The house is located inside the Praia do Pulso Condominium, with 24-hour security passing through the entire condominium. The beach is very quiet, as the condominium has few houses and is very wooded. To get to the beach, you can walk along a 30-meter trail that intersperses ramps and steps, and in 5 minutes you'll arrive at the beach, or you can also get there by car in 3 minutes. We have beach chairs available for guests and the beach has a volleyball court and beach tennis.
