Little Yellow Cottage - Little Island Lake -Beach

Fun times to be had at this up-north beach house. Nice island themed cottage on a sandy beach. New 750 square foot deck built this year. Paddleboat, kayak and fish this great little lake or bring your toys. All-Sports lake right by the Sand Lake Trailhead. Two queen size beds, 2 queen size futons, one twin bed and plenty room for sleeping on the breezy back porch. Bonfire pit right on the beach. Kayaks, paddleboat, floaties and many chairs, cornhole boards sand toys all provided. 3 smart TV's.

Take the kayaks or row boat out to catch bass, northern pike! A terrific small community with hiking and ATV trails, walking distance from Huron National Forest. A short drive to Lake Huron, East Tawas, Lumbermans memorial, take a paddle boat tour down the Au Sable river or drive into Oscoda. Everything that getting up north is all about.
