I had a great time at the Mint House, me and my wife had a comfortable stay. It had a lot of great restaurants and things to do in the surrounding area. The host explained everything well, and it was a beautiful stay!

The apartment was beautifully renovated, quiet, and comfortable. Its location is ideal, with easy access to shops, cafes, and restaurants, and it's right next to the Aqueduct Trail. Jay was responsive and quick to address all of my questions. We were sorry our stay was so short, but we definitely plan to return for a longer visit!.

The overall cost was a bit pricey, but the responsiveness of Lavish & Live and being downtown and included parking made the price more reasonable. I would book again.

Ana was a great host, firstly the apartment smelled AMAZING and it was nice and cool, she had toiletries laid out and the bed was comfortable. The ambiance of the apartment was very welcoming and homey. Will definitely be back, thank you for the hosting.

Clean home with all basic needs, in a quiet location close to the train and ferry. The only negative was that there was no TV or living room area in this home. This is a non issue if you plan to be outside more than inside.

I thoroughly enjoyed the condo! It was well within walking distance to downtown, and the building staff was friendly. Would stay here again.

I had a 3 day stay in NY and this was a great spot for it. I wasn’t home much but the kitchen and bathroom had all amenities you could need. House to close walking distance to train station to get you to all the key spots in the city. Amazing stay!

Helens Apartment ist eine hervorragende Unterkunft zentral in Manhattan gelegen. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt! Die Einrichtung/Möbel ist gehoben (insb. die Küche) und die Ausstattung auch super. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die hervorragende Kommunikation mit Helen, die stets sehr schnell antwortete. Sollten wir nochmal nach NYC fahren, werden wir wieder dort wohnen :-)

We had a fantastic stay at James’s beautiful apartment! Even though he was away on a work trip, he ensured our check-in was seamless and everything was well arranged in advance. The apartment itself was clean, well-organised, and very comfortable—with great air conditioning that was much appreciated. There was a minor issue with the TV, but it was resolved immediately, which we really appreciated. The neighborhood was lovely and made our stay even more enjoyable. For fellow coffee lovers, don’t miss Duaa’s Café just up the road—we went every day for their perfect Cortado and amazing vegan banana muffins. Another gem nearby is La Palma Restaurant, a cozy family-run spot near the 163rd St subway. We loved it so much we went twice! Highly recommend their Birria and Fish Tacos, and the Piña Colada served in a pineapple is a must-try—delicious and fun! All in all, a wonderful stay that was totally worth it. Thanks again, James!

Best view of Manhattan ever. Bus stop to Manhattan is right outside the door. Two stops to the port authority at 42 and 9th Ave. local food is delicious and much cheaper than the city.

I stayed at Jeff’s place for almost a week and I had a wonderful time. The place is conveniently located, close to the LIRR train, the beach, stores and restaurants. Jeff was friendly, kind and super responsive. I felt very welcome. I would recommend staying in Jeff’s place and I plan to visit again in the future.

Madinat was a very kind host, even inviting me to celebrate a holiday with her family. The home is spacious and a washer/dryer was also available for my use. Shared bathroom was a solid experience because everything was always clean. There’s a grocery store and seven-eleven within walking distance, so I stopped by those places for food. Elmont is a serene neighborhood to spend a few days in, thank you!

We chose Gladys' because it is walking distance to where our son and his family live. It was exactly what we needed. Gladys and her husband were friendly and kind, and both they and the house radiated warmth. There was an unforeseen event (tree down and power outage), but they were gracious, transparent, communicative, and focused on problem solving. We opted for our son's couch for a couple of nights, but then finished our trip staying at Casa Caro. We were worried about how to approach the issue of amending the payment, but when we finally got to stay they brought up that they had already contacted Airbnb and our refund was completed before we even left for home. We plan on being in touch before next time we are in town. With the grands so close we weren't as focused on using the amenities- maybe next time :)

Dana and Mary are wonderful hosts. They are very responsive and personable. Their home is beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located in a quiet residential neighborhood. My wife and I have rented their place several times and plan to do so again in the future. Highly recommended!

I travel quite a bit for work so I’m always looking for spaces that feel like home. Mendel’s places tops my list of AirBnB spots that I look forward to returning after a grueling day at work. Mendel is very laid back and chill. His home is designed for a traveler. Ample closet and shelves, well appointed kitchen, bright and sunny bathroom, comfortable bed room with your own AC and Roku TV AND a private back yard for decompressing. I felt very safe and secure in this home. You can choose to be private or interact with the other guests. Plenty of free street parking. I give his spot ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sehr schön in ruhiger und sicherer Umgebung gelegenes, äußerst charmantes Haus mit besonderem Flair. Gemütlich, sauber und mit viel Platz war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Sehr nah am Bahnhof gelegen mit direkter Zugverbindung zur Grand Central Station NY. Schönes Städtchen mit allem , was man braucht direkt um die Ecke. Lexie und Daniel waren sehr freundlich, immer erreichbar und sehr bemüht, den Gast bei allen Fragen zu unterstützen mit Tips für die Umgebung. Einfacher checken und Checkliste. Durften sogar etwas früher anreisen- sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen diese Unterkunft sehr.
