Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Nassau County

Over the past 5 years, I’ve stayed at multiple Airbnb’s not only in Bridgeport, but in other states as well, and Nestor without a doubt had the BEST AirBnB I’ve had the pleasure of staying at. He went above and beyond, nothing felt cheap or thrown in for the sake of having, while also giving us quite literally everything you might need for a stay. He made an AirBnB feel like a home and that in itself is enough for me to highly recommend this stay. He personally walked us through the apartment, accommodated for our needs, and even then left more in the AirBnB than was even listed. At the price listed, I’ll save you the trouble of continuing your search, this is a MUST book if you enjoy peace of mind. A special thanks to Nestor for making my week long stay, feel like I never left home.

Maureen’s place is super clean! The space was just perfect. Close walk to beach and restaurants. Maureen is very accommodating and makes sure you have everything you need. We will be going back!

Comfy apartment (with a great shower) in a lovely neighbourhood. Close to restaurants, supermarkets and bus route to get into NYC. Estefania was a great host. Would recommend this rental.

A great area to stay at. Lots of things close by if you needed something. Short drive to New York. Debbie gave great instructions on how to get to the cottage house and checked on us a few times to make sure everything was going fine. The snow was beautiful in the yard and our dogs loved it since we are from the south and rarely get snow. Would definitely stay here again if we ever decided to come back this way.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Diane’s place! From the moment I booked, communication was seamless, and Diane went above and beyond to ensure my visit was comfortable and enjoyable. The property itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I could possibly need, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect—close to the beach, quiet neighborhood, walkabIe and great restaurants. What really stood out, though, was Diane's hospitality. She provided thoughtful touches like shower suppIies and couch throws and there are pIenty of kitchen suppIies. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a relaxing, getaway. Very comfortable older home. Understand that this is the owner's actually home, not a typical airbnb rental. As part of the arrangement, we took care of Emily's two cats while she was away; the kitties are friendly and pretty much independent (feed them dry food, fill water, clean the litter); they'll hang out and sit next to you on the couch in the evening. If you're not into kitties, just don't stay here. My granddaughter got to play with Emily's son's toys. I made use of the kitchen to bake pies for our family holiday gathering. Did not get to use the grounds (porch or yard), bc it was frigid cold this December. We all enjoyed the lovely Christmas tree set up in the living room. Emily was flexible about check-in/checkout times too. Thank you, Emily. >^..^<

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home near New York City. Comfortably furnished and pleasantly decorated, with a well furnished kitchen and there were even games for the kids. The host was responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the harbor filled with sailboats from the park next door and my kids loved the playground too!

The place was beautiful and modern and had all the latest amenities. Kitchen is very modern and all the tv’s are smart, so we just had to log into our own accounts which was easy. Only negative is that there was not enough towels for all the guests to use for bathing AND hot tub.

Had a great stay! Very safe neighborhood, great restaurants nearby, and super accessible to NYC. Would definitely stay again!

Gregory's home is large, beautiful, and unique. We were in town for college graduation and our first rental fell through, with few choices left. Gregory had left town with no plans to book his house, but responded to our plea instantly with the option to stay or not once we checked it out. It was a bachelor's house, with some floofy dog hair in the corners and counters that needed some 409, but I suspect it was due for regularly scheduled professional cleaning, like our own Airbnb. As a novice host, what Gregory lacked in preparedness he made up for in gracious communication. We had one mechanical issue, and he had a tech there on Sunday morning. The house is wonderful, with ample bedrooms/baths for a big family, and gathering spots inside and outside. Interesting decorator touches, a serious chef's kitchen and comfortable beds - what more is there? My suggestion is to book far enough ahead for Gregory to to have the house ready for your visit.Gorgeous house, lovely setting,great host

Great stay for our group of 9! We stayed 4 nights and found the rooms compact but sufficient since we were out exploring NYC most of the time. Emmanuel was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. He provided an extra house key when our group split up and allowed us to use the washer and dryer (including detergent), even though it was initially blocked off. The dryer wasn’t working properly due to a clogged vent, which we partially cleared and reported — Emmanuel appreciated the heads-up and said it would be fixed. Check-in/out was smooth, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The 5 bedrooms were perfect for our group, and though we didn’t use the cute backyard due to rain and being out, it was a nice touch. The only downside was that the floors were a bit dusty on arrival. Overall, it was a great place to stay and worked really well for our trip. Would definitely recommend!

Loved the home! from the peaceful neighborhood to the style of the rooms, this house really felt like a home away from home.

First time in New York and we love the experience! Stay at Philip home in New Jersey, was the best decision! From the house was so easy to travel to New York, we use the bus(walking distance)and the train, nothing else. The view from the room was stunning,priceless! Philip & Gio was so attentive and responsive all the time! Philip & Gio , thank you so much for everything! Recommend it 100%!

This stay was great in location and inside. It was comfy and clean. No issues at all throughout the stay and practical location.

Your best bet to explore NY. We happened to spend a long weekend and found Alex’s place just perfect. Its location is amazing, within walking distance to Central Park, many restaurants and supermarkets, and close to the public transport. The room and bed were comfy, and the flat super well equipped which allowed us to cook breakfast and meals. The host was most gracious, instructions were always clear and allowed us to store our bags so we could take advantage of our time in the city. 100% recommended!

I highly recommend Lee's place. It is exactly how it looks in the photos, everything is very clean. The bed is super comfy and it's quiet at night so great for a good night's rest after walking around all day! The outside space is perfect for coffee and breakfast in the morning and glass of wine in the evening after a long day. Lee is great for recommendations and is on hand to answer any questions you have. We had a late flight and Lee kindly let us leave our luggage until we were ready to go. I really enjoyed my stay here, thanks so much Lee ☺️

Eleonora’s place? Absolutely perfect. The location is ideal—right in the heart of Greenpoint, Brooklyn— quiet, clean, spacious, and full of charm. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The garden is a peaceful little oasis, perfect for unwinding after a day in the city. There’s so much to explore in the neighborhood, and Eleonora and Ben were the perfect hosts: friendly, responsive, and full of fantastic local recommendations. We were in town for a two-day music event, so our time was limited—but thanks to their great advice, we made the most of it. Can’t wait to come back for a longer stay!
