Bed linens & towels can be rented. Cleaning can be booked. A cabin for 2 is also available for rent.

Electric car charger in the yard. There is a well-equipped small kitchen, dining area, living room with sofa and fireplace with pellet basket. Cozy sleeping loft, private entrance and private balcony. Barbecue available to borrow. Barbecue charcoal and lighter fluid are available for a fee. Sorry, we can't have cats in the cottage. Private and nice Swedish cottage – modern and close to nature

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located close to nature but also centrally in Söråker. It is a newly built cottage with high standards. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that is 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer. There is a cozy plot that you will have completely to yourselves. With a fireplace, outdoor furniture, swing and a charcoal grill.

This newly-built cottage/house is located about 8 km outside Övik. You live 800 meters from Idbyns sea swimming, close to two golf courses and Skeppsmalens Fikseläge is only 15 kilometers away, with its beautiful cliffs and its lighthouse. The nearest restaurant is about 5 km from the property and the nearest grocery store (COOP and ICA Kvantum) about 7 km away. Arnäsleden with great opportunities for hiking passes just a few hundred meters from the house. Inside Örnsköldsvik, there is also the well-known adventure pool Pardiset.
