The cleanest air BNB I've ever stayed at! We appreciated the lovely back patio sitting area, which was great for relaxing evenings by the outdoor fireplace. The beds were very comfortable and I loved that there were cozy comforters and extra blankets. As someone who doesn't use or like strong scents, what I LOVED most about this home was that everything smelled clean but not overpoweringly so. I've stayed at other homes where there were air freshener plug-ins in every room and linens on the beds that I was unable to sleep on because of the strong perfume scent...not the case here! Definitely recommend and would 100% stay here again!!

Plenty of towels in kitchen and bathroom along with a variety of shampoos and body wash options. Even had a new toothbrush and toothpaste, if needed! They ensured we had what we’d need for the week. We had a wonderful experience. We will definitely return. There were four women in our group- plenty of space - we spent our evenings on the beautiful porch. It is a perfect location with plenty of usable space.

My son and I had a great stay here for the week of his hockey camp. it was a good value for the money. We slept well and had fun exploring some spots in Columbus at night as well as playing Skip-Bo we found in the Airbnb. Thanks!

Great place for a short get away. Very close to fairfax recreation area. Just as a note, be extra careful pulling in and out of the driveway. It is at an unfortunate blind spot and people fly through there on those roads, my wife and I had some close calls. Just something to be careful of. Other than that, a beautiful and relaxing space.

We needed a last minute stop on our way home from a camping trip and this place was perfect. Beautiful golf course and quiet neighborhood. Just a 20 min drive to Bloomington for all the good grub. Kitchen was well stocked with anything you need. Heather was so easy to get ahold of for any questions and super helpful. The Cozy Condo is exactly as described, small and cozy. It was perfect for the two of us. Sharon went above and beyond to make us feel at home and added special touches just for us. The only drawback was that it was much further from downtown Bloomington than we thought. It took us about 40 minutes to drive to the B-Line trail. That was on me, I should have done more research. If you are looking for a peaceful, quiet and cozy place to stay near Bloomington, I highly recommend Sharon's Cozy Condo.

Great condo. Exactly like description and pictures. Very clean and orderly. Carpets, furnishings and everything seemed new and were comfortable. Only 4 of 5 stars on value because we stayed on a very busy high demand weekend. I’m sure that on a “normal” weekend it is definitely a 5 star value. Great location and is walkable to the Square and Kirkwood Ave. I would definitely book again if needed!
