We had a wonderful 4 night stay at Kristen’s recently renovated condo. The space was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. The fully stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and the in-unit laundry was a huge plus. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was well supplied with plenty of towels and toiletries. A grocery store and Target are walking distance from the condo complex. Check in was smooth and hassle free. Overall, a very positive experience-we would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect location with parking available and close to the entrance of our room. The space was great for a girls trip of 4. Josie was responsive and provided good instructions for check in.

My husband and I and our one year old had the most amazing stay at the Barn Burner. The Airbnb was stocked up on everything you could need and it was right in the center of town. We really enjoyed the rooftop patio and the beds were super comfy. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in town!

My family of four enjoyed are stay in Cara's condo. The location is serene and peaceful. We loved having access to the pool and the view of the lake was beautiful. A recent storm had caused a power outage upon our arrival but Cara was quick to communicate and power was restored. Cara was a considerate and responsive host. We would happily stay at the condo again!

It was my second stay and it was just as amazing as the first. My dog loves the backyard and enjoys her stay just as much as I do.

This house was so nice that I will be back for another stay in the future. It was nice to be off the beaten path. Everything was super clean and organized. The hosts communicated very well and checked on us to see if we had power due to the storms. Thankfully we had power the whole time. 😊

Home was very clean and incredibly well stocked with snacks and water. A bottle of moscato from local Oliver Winery was a nice surprise. Hosts included local restaurant suggestions. Plenty of towels in kitchen and bathroom along with a variety of shampoos and body wash options. Even had a new toothbrush and toothpaste, if needed! They ensured we had what we’d need for the week. Thank you to Karin and Aaron!

We loved the allure of an older home. So much character. We were able to spread out and never felt crowded. Loved how we could walk into town or a quick drive to a restaurant. Everyone said they slept great! Beds were very comfortable.

We had a lovely stay at the dome! It's an absolutely lovely spot, everything is comfortable and well-stocked, and I'd definitely stay again if we happen to be in the area. My only hesitation in recommending the place would be that if you're on the taller side, the bedroom area will probably not be very comfortable. The ceiling up there is definitely low as well as slanted, and while it didn't affect us (my partner and I are...definitely not tall ourselves), it'd be an issue for others. Other than that, I highly recommend the place!

Colleen was a very great host and helpful. The condo is super cute and very clean. The extra goodies were a pleasant surprise coffee, popcorn, games, and even bathroom supplies and makeup wipe removers which all of us ladies were thankful for 😊

The Cozy Condo is exactly as described, small and cozy. It was perfect for the two of us. Sharon went above and beyond to make us feel at home and added special touches just for us. The only drawback was that it was much further from downtown Bloomington than we thought. It took us about 40 minutes to drive to the B-Line trail. That was on me, I should have done more research. If you are looking for a peaceful, quiet and cozy place to stay near Bloomington, I highly recommend Sharon's Cozy Condo.

Very nice condo equipped with everything we needed. I appreciate the little details that make it welcoming; like snacks, coffee, umbrella (it rained so very happy to have it handy)..... Spacious, open concept kitchen and living area. Bedrooms are good sizes with comfortable beds and linens. I do recommend this place.

Just returned from a quick stay at Brandon's condo. We were extremely impressed with Brandon's communication and very quick responses. The condo is very clean, well appointed and private. We thoroughly enjoyed the nearby swimming pool, too! Great stay overall and will definitely return if in the area.

Stephanie and the co-hosts were excellent! I was in town for a family event and communication around our stay with everything going on with family events was quick, easy and overall kind. I always felt I could reach out if I needed anything. There were even sweet rolls in the fridge (which we unfortunately were not able to get to, but were all touched!) The space is extremely clean, making it a very comfortable stay. We had plenty of room to lounge and for all of us to get ready at the same for all of the family events. Would highly recommend this stay if you're coming for a football game, visiting family or any other fun activities in Bloomington!

Great condo. Exactly like description and pictures. Very clean and orderly. Carpets, furnishings and everything seemed new and were comfortable. Only 4 of 5 stars on value because we stayed on a very busy high demand weekend. I’m sure that on a “normal” weekend it is definitely a 5 star value. Great location and is walkable to the Square and Kirkwood Ave. I would definitely book again if needed!

Shannon did a great job communicating, seamless arrival and very clear departure instructions. Everything was as pictured, very clean, organized, would definitely stay here again. Great host!
