our stay was great, beautiful view and very local facilities.

The apartment is spacious, very well furnished and equipped: nothing is really missing. The location is great, just a 5-minute walk from the Ghiaie beach. The historic center of Portoferraio is also easily reached with a pleasant walk. You can park safely along the street. Roberta was a very kind and helpful host. In short, we had a great time and would love to come back!

Lorena's apartment is very nice and super organized. She is very attentive to guests and helpful. The location is great for walking to the beach and the village. Highly recommended

Beautiful place right by the sea. The view from the bedroom is particularly impressive - the sound of the waves makes for a good night's sleep. Anyway in the low season it was wonderfully quiet. Parking right at the property was a big plus. We will be happy to come back!

This host went above and beyond in making us feel comfortable. We arrived a bit late and he was so concerned that we got a meal that he went with us to ensure we could be . He was very hospitable and truly a good person.

We were met at check in, shown how to get there, and where to wander. Many sweet special touches.

we stayed 3 nights at Gaia's and everything was great! The roof terrace is really a highlight! Huge for private use and with a mega view of the sea, a small harbor and the island of Elba. Gaia was always available through the app and quickly helped when there were questions. Only the doors were a little loud to open and close. But Gaia has already hired a carpenter and I think the problem will be fixed soon.

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

We had a great holiday in a very spacious and clean house. The small rather little visited bay is right behind the accommodation. But here you should definitely think of sanding shoes, as there are large pebbles on both the beach and in the water. Giacomo has been a very friendly and helpful host and was easily accessible at all times. Thanks a lot!

Fede and Rosy are wonderful hosts – warm, helpful and simply likeable. We felt completely comfortable from the first moment! The location of the apartment is fantastically beautiful, and the view is stunning. We could hardly get enough. The beach is just a few minutes away and looks like a picture book – quiet, idyllic and totally romantic. The house is well equipped, very well maintained and sparkling clean. We really lacked nothing. I'm sure we'll be back and look forward to next time!

We stayed in Cinzia's house for ten days, five of us, and we found the accommodation comfortable and well laid out. The double bedroom with a private bathroom is the best. The recently renovated accommodation was very clean and with all the necessary equipment for both the kitchen and the rest. The outdoor area, with its complete and well-kept furnishings, allows you to enjoy lunches, dinners, and relaxation in the perfectly shaded garden. Very close to the beach, a half-hour walk from the village, it is the ideal place for those who love tranquility. Cinzia responded immediately to our requests with care and kindness. What can I say, we couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended.

Very nice apartment with sea view and a comfortable terrace, only a few minutes walk to the beach. The owners living on the upper floor of the house are very nice and give helpful advices.

We had a good time. Nadia offers excellent service. If you have any questions, you will get a quick response. The house is equipped with everything needed in everyday life and for cooking. The garden is fantastic. Showers in the garden in the sun and in the rain. Fresh figs from the tree and herbs for cooking. A small beautiful paradise highly recommended. We can't fault anything at all and would leave any time.

A great house with a great location to spend a nice time with the family on Elba. The sea can be reached on foot in 10 minutes and there is also a small supermarket in 5 minutes by bike. Cities such as Portoferraio or Porto Azzuro can all be reached in about 15 minutes by car. The house even includes bikes with child seats and a BBQ. The house is very modern and also perfectly divided with the 2 bathrooms. Everything is also very well maintained and everything looks super new. Like I said, everything is perfect.

Diana and her family are very quick and friendly to everything, very good service. The apartment is located slightly above the beach on a street, which you hardly hear at all and therefore does not disturb it. The beach is a 1-2-minute walk. The apartment is very well equipped, nothing is missing. We grilled in the garden, which also worked great. We had a nice cat in front of the door or in the garden at all times, which did not bother us, but perhaps worth mentioning with allergies. All in all, a great stay.

We spent a few days in Debora and Dario's apartment. They were very helpful and met us halfway with both the check-in and check-out times! The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the beach, so it's great if you're traveling with small children and you need to go back and forth to avoid the hottest hours and break up the day! The terrace is also appreciated, always ventilated and perfect for an outdoor dinner!

A group of 6 guys stayed at the house for three nights and four days. The house was clean, with everything you need both in terms of sheets and towels, and for the kitchen, which is very well stocked. Comfortable beds in all rooms and two clean bathrooms with large showers. The area is great as it is a 10-minute drive from the center of Marciana Marina and also has private access to a beach that can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The outdoor garden area allows you to dine or lunch outside under the gazebo, with a truly priceless view of the sea. Very positive experience that we hope to repeat in the future, thanks also to the kindness and availability of the host. Amazing value for money.

The location is great both for touring the island and to go comfortably to Lacona beach on foot, the view is very nice and you are practically a stone's throw from a very good restaurant/bar. The bathroom is large and quite comfortable, the outdoor area is identical and very peaceful. The sofa bed is a little uncomfortable but overall we had a good time. Watch out for the fridge, it doesn't have a freezing space that could come in handy for those like us who had brought ice cream for the fridge bag.

perfect apartment....with the elevator that leads directly into the apartment.... spacious rooms and huge terraces (On one of these there is the washing machine and on the other the barbecue).. new kitchen just redone.. smart TV... there is no air conditioning but with all the air the house has it was not a problem. Perfect location with supermarkets a stone's throw away and exceptional gastronomy. The sea is also a stone's throw away... Parking is in the street... I had no problems... I don't know about August... To make the house more than perfect, I would add a microwave and maybe a kettle and I would improve the outdoor furniture.
