David and his father are top-tier hosts. They received me warmly and promptly responded to any issues, concerns, or questions I had. The bed was cozy and the desk was elite - I was able to really lock in on my business from the comfort of this work station. There's some noise from the street during the day, but the internet speeds are exceptional and, frankly, better than any other place I've stayed in this area. A five-minute walk from La 70 and a 10-minute walk from the heart of Laureles, this place gets my stamp of approval as a digital nomad with ~3 years of experience living in Medellin.

On previous trips to Medellin I had seen the Origen and thought it looked like a nice place and it's in a area that I like . Staying there this year was great . The Origen exceeded my expectations completely . The building is very well maintained , everything works as it should ! My very nice suite and the rest of the place was cleaned to a high standard . The staff was top notch . They were super helpful ,friendly and I really liked having someone at the front desk 24/7 . The Origen is definitely were I'm staying on my next trip .
