Laureles. You’ll be surrounded by restaurants, cafes , bars , souvenir shops , money exchange places, tours all in a four to five block radius. This place is a great find .

Great place overall, I have stayed at a lot of places in Colombia in this was my favorite.

The stay was better than expected. They were very responsive. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. We loved the jacuzzi. For a very small fee, they drained, cleaned, and put fresh water in the jacuzzi every day. Of course, when I arrived the jacuzzi was clean and ready. The jacuzzi has an excellent filtration system but it was nice to have it fresh and clean every day as well. There’s a big television and fire pit next to the jacuzzi. The beds are comfortable, there’s plenty of room. I had a wonderful stay. The building is very secure, they have a facial recognition system that is very impressive.

It’s was a great vacation. I went on a girls trip and there was so much to do. Would definitely book again!

I believe this may be one of the if not the best places to stay in Medellin. Centrally located to everything. Not too many hills like Poblado and not too far like Sabaneta. We’re right next to stadium, so it was noisy throughout the day till about 2 AM because it’s summer, so there a lot of games. They keep the stadium lights on as a safety precaution I believe all night, which is nice but the place has black out curtains, so no problem with light getting in. Although, once you see the view from the apartment, you’re going to want to sleep in the living room futon that turns into an extra bed. Multiple nights we slept with the balcony doors open and just marveled at the lights on the hills. The neighborhood is extremely quiet toward the night! You’re like two blocks away from La 70, a famous street filled with bars and restaurants, so it does get noisy but not enough where you can’t sleep. Everything was as pictured and the staff was amazing. The price is reasonable for all it offers.

Beautiful place to stay with a group of 10, just enough space for everyone. Everything was walking distance and cute breakfast spots all around. would 10 out of 10 come back!

Great apartment, a little far from the center, but it's got everything.

Very nice apartment. Easy to find, clean and spacious. With everything you need for a good stay. Many places nearby such as supermarkets, Oxxo, cafes, and shopping center. Focusing on the apartment, it's very functional, the only thing to improve is the sofa, very hard, hahaha, otherwise everything is great. I'd come back. Very good service.

Great place to stay in laureles close to great restaurants but tucked away for privacy!

I’ve been three times to Medellin, all in the last three months and this is by far the best place and area to stay in. It was very peaceful if that’s what you want but steps away from all the fun! It’s about a five minute walk to CR 70 which is where all the restaurants, bar and nightclubs are at. The place seemed very safe as well. We walked home every night at all times of the night and had no issues or encounters. Xiomara, the host, is very responsive and overall a great host! I would stay here time and time again!!!

Simón was a great host and the apartment is just as described, a great place and the building staff are quite friendly, you can even ask for help to get you a taxi. Comfortable, easily accessible and with all the things you might need very close. In addition, it is located in a very quiet area of Poblado and Simon's recommendations are very good. Special mention to the great city view from the apartment, and the very nice common areas. I'd definitely come back.
