The host is a 10/10. From day 1 it was pending. The location is very central and you feel very comfortable. It's a quiet place and there's very good commerce. Inside the apt everything in perfect condition. If I could give better communication I would give it. Thank you

Great place to stay in laureles close to great restaurants but tucked away for privacy!

I’ve been three times to Medellin, all in the last three months and this is by far the best place and area to stay in. It was very peaceful if that’s what you want but steps away from all the fun! It’s about a five minute walk to CR 70 which is where all the restaurants, bar and nightclubs are at. The place seemed very safe as well. We walked home every night at all times of the night and had no issues or encounters. Xiomara, the host, is very responsive and overall a great host! I would stay here time and time again!!!

Great 2 bedroom apartment that was well appointed. The view from the balcony was amazing and the jacuzzi was a hit. The master bedroom is a nice size and the bed is huge. The lighting in the apartment is nice and unique. The washer/dryer was nice to have. I would definitely stay again.

Mateo was very attentive. We had showed up a little early from travels and was very accommodating! We were able to enjoy the amenities while the reception held our belongings and luggage safe. When arriving to the unit, the whole room had a refreshing smell of linen and a type of lovely oil diffuser. The view off the balcony was a beautiful sight to see at all times throughout the day. Day, night, rain or shine the view and unit were enjoyable. The thing we appreciated the most was the extensive list of local recommendations for night life, eateries, excursions, tours, etc. We picked a good number of his rec's and were satisfied through it all. :)

First and foremost, the apartment and views were absolutely stunning. It was even more beautiful than the pictures could capture. The building was extremely secure and the area was very safe. There was conveniently a great restaurant for breakfast/lunch in the lobby and we could walk to everything we needed like a large gym, pharmacy, ATM or other small restaurants. All the best night life and mall were just a short drive away. Caro made the experience easy and exceptional and help us navigate the extras like a chef and massage therapists. The apartment was amazing and Caro was even better. I will definitely ask her to stay there again on an upcoming trip.

Central location near the stadium and Carrera 70 where there are many restaurants. Comfortable and spacious bed. The kitchen is equipped with the basics. The only thing is that some nights you can hear the music and noise from the street. Otherwise, it's an excellent choice. Modern, comfortable, and very well-equipped. Jonathan was always very attentive to us and responded quickly. Thank you

I had an excellent stay at this apartment. Everything was spotlessly clean, well maintained and with modern decor that made me feel at home. The quality of the furniture, bedding and appliances exceeded my expectations. In addition, the location was perfect, quiet and with easy access to everything I needed. The host's service was also exceptional, always willing to help and respond quickly. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again,🙏👌

It's a great area to stay, because everything is close, you have everything at hand and it's a very safe place.

Excellent place, exactly as in the photos!! Juan David is very kind. A little unpaved road to enter but a car can easily pass.

Andrea at the front desk was so incredible! The stay was relaxing and comfortable. Surrounding Restaurants and shops are great! I had a great time! Anything I needed they helped me out! The Hot tubs water stays hot the entire time and is very clean and relaxing. The TV was a smart TV and you can log into your streaming services. There is preloaded drinks and snacks available for a VERY reasonable price. Breakfast in the morning is the perfect amount and got my day started perfectly also it was a quiet stay! I went there for my bday and it was awesome. I can not wait to return!
