Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Napa

The location was truly perfect -- excellent restaurants, cafes, bakeries, etc. Walk to UC Berkeley was about 10 to 15 minutes, to Rockbridge BART was about 20 minutes. Emily was a super nice host and helped me with local tips and informations.

What a delightful stay! Leda is a fantastic host, and her home is absolutely a great find. So quiet and safe. The house backs up onto a salt water lagoon—it’s a nature lover’s paradise. The beds are the best, excellent sleep is in your future here. The location is conveniently located to jump on the light rail to the ferry building and then San Francisco, or go to the Marin coast, or Sonoma. One should not let this opportunity pass by.

I booked this rental of behalf of family members who were visiting San Francisco for an extended 9 day stay over the holidays. Martina’s place is an easy 10 minute walk from my own home which made it a perfect location to have family close by. The rental unit, which is downstairs from the main residence, is as advertised and looks just like the photos. Upon arrival, Martina met us to walk us through the property and make sure everything went smoothly. She was super helpful and responsive to any questions throughout the stay. The apartment was very cozy and good size. One thing worth noting is that you need to walk outside (on the back porch) to get between the two bedrooms. This was not an issue but might be say for parents with small children. Each bedroom had a fridge and bathroom, so the separation actually provides additional privacy, if that’s what you are looking for. The outside space, particularly the hot tub & attached sauna were especially enjoyed. Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay with Dee and Al. Great hosts who made us feel right at home! Everything was very comfortable and the location was peaceful and quiet but close to a wide variety of things to do. We give our highest recommendation to Hollie's and we will definitely be back!

Danna is a lovely host! She made delicious breakfast and also hosted house dinners, where she made a simple but delicious 3-course meal! The room is beautiful and has a stunning view. I also love the neighborhood. I had a great time and hope to be back soon!

Sandor and Giuliana are the best hosts! We loved getting to know them and their sweet dog, Giorgio, and staying in their beautiful home. They made us feel right at home and had wonderful neighborhood recommendations and local history to share.

Doug's place was a very cosy and safe plaxe to stay. i really enjoyed our few little chats and really loved the area! I definitely recommend it to others!

Had a wonderful 10 day stay here! Michelle is a fantastic host. The home, kitchens and rooms are so cozy. Everything is super organized, neat and clean. Lovely books in the shelves that will make you explore the wonderful city of San Francisco. The oatmeal breakfast, fruits, yoghurts, with array of coffee machines are absolutely a whole cherry cake on top of another. This place is a gem!

It was our first trip to San Francisco, and if we ever come back — or if friends of ours plan to visit — we would absolutely recommend staying with Susanna and John. They are both incredibly warm and welcoming, and my boyfriend and I felt comfortable from the very beginning. We would love to come back anytime. Thank you for everything!

Pamela and Richard went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and acquainted with the space. They met us for check in and made us feel right at home. We enjoyed many a wonderful conversation with them throughout our stay over breakfast which they thoughtfully set out each morning. Their house was stunning and walking distance from Piedmont and College Ave which made our stay very fun and easygoing. There were so many personal touches along the way, including homemade jam and honey with the breakfast. We would be honored to be able to stay again sometime.

Great stay for business travelers. Friendly and proactive communication by host! Bedroom is a nice size and the private bath is an amenity worth having. Check in was flexible and with the easy instructions, it was quick. Room had a workspace and bed was comfortable! Thank you hosts!

We stayed here for a girls trip to Napa and it was absolutely amazing! Patricia is an exceptional host and was so sweet and welcoming! We absolutely loved staying here and recommend it if you’re into the area! The sticky buns and fresh coffee were a plus! We will def be back!

Mark is Mr Hospitality, he served up delicious and healthy breakfasts and coffee daily. His place is nice and well-equipped with everything you might need including a rooftop with great views. Mission is an interesting area, it has many restaurants and bars and some of the cheapest eats in SF, eg, meal at Yamo is at most $9, cash only though. The area itself can be a bit gritty, so just be aware of your surroundings and you’ll be just fine. Expect the usual city noise like ambulances, loud bikes, cars blasting music, etc. Easy access to public transportation like BART and muni.

Overall great stay. We were only there for one night but we enjoyed their recommendations, their welcome gifts and of course the great views.

Xenia’s apartment was very easy to find and incredibly well located—right near all the main transportation options in the area. The bed is super comfortable, and the bathroom is fully equipped with everything you might need, including shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer. There’s also access to laundry facilities and a fully stocked kitchen with all the utensils you could possibly need. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet stay at a great price.

Loved it all. Charming inn with a lovely breakfast the next morning. Easy walk to downtown. Highly recommend and would return.

Darcy's and Nick's is a true b&b in the old-school sense. My wife and I enjoyed a fabulous, home-cooked breakfast every morning. The breakfast selection changed every day. As guest Dave-from-Bozeman wrote, Darcy bakes awesome sourdough bread, and it was freshly out of the oven for us to enjoy when we arrived. So, our stay started out on a high note (which was sustained throughout the stay). The space is clean, artfully decorated, comfortable, roomy, and the area is quiet. The location is great: about 1/2 block from Golden Gate Park. The hot tub on the upper patio was a delightful place to relax after long walks around the city. Darcy is the ultimate host (Nick was out of town, so unfortunately we did not get to meet him): she communicates quickly and clearly, and she is a great conversationalist. By the time we checked out, we had become friends with her. This was a 5-star stay in every aspect, and we look forward to our next stay at Darcy's and Nick's!

We had a great stay - easy check-in, very clean property with many amenities like reusable water bottles and umbrellas, and a delicious breakfast! For us the pillows were much too thick and firm, but other than that we were very happy with our stay!

The room and the home were beautiful. Check in was a bit slow- there were several of us that arrived at the same time and the hostess seemed frazzled. We were on the 2nd floor of the carriage house, I think- in unit 10- and our view to the neighbors yard was atrocious. But the air bnb itself was lovely and the food was amazing during breakfast.
