Beachfront vacation rentals in Nantucket

We had a great stay! It’s very serene and it’s just gorgeous. Very relaxing by the pool and the walking trail to the beach was very pretty. We’ll definitely be back!

In our experience we had wonderful communication from Chris’s team. They were extremely responsive to our messages and checking on our stay. The location was amazing! Nice pool deck, steps to the beach, and so many amazing restaurants. The room was comfortable, enough storage, and efficient kitchen to use. When we had issues with our televisions, the staff were quick to find solutions.

The room was cozy and clean with modern, quality furnishing. In room fridge was a plus. Balcony over-looking property and waterfront was highlight!

Stewart made us feel right at home when we arrived, and so did his French Bulldog, Ollie. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. He had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay in Nantucket!

Absolutely loved my stay at The Beachside. The design is next-level—mid-century modern with warm terracottas, natural wood, and playful details that make it feel both elevated and fun. It’s cozy, stylish, and full of charm. The layout around the pool and lawn is perfect, and there’s even a vintage arcade and Swim Club. Just a few blocks from Jetties Beach, it’s the perfect Nantucket spot. Everything felt thoughtful and well-designed—exactly what you’d hope for in a beach getaway.

Beautiful location, beautiful house, great place to stay.

This was our first family vacation, and will be a core memory for us! The cottage was just what we needed, and the studio was a perfect little area for our 8 month old to crawl around, or for a quick nap. We can’t wait to make this a yearly tradition.

Absolutely beautiful cottage and location! We had an amazing weekend and the house was immaculate. Vito and Kerry were super responsive and helpful throughout the trip. I would highly recommend this place for a wonderful stay on Chappy!

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Tim's place. The home was spacious, clean, and we felt at home when we walked in the door. We spent every evening in the screened in room discussing our outing from the day and deciding what time we needed to get up to go on our adventure the next day. I would highly recommend Tim's place and plan to share my trip with another group of friends and hopefully return for another visit.

This was a perfect spot for a weekend getaway. The place is about 15 minutes away from Falmouth Downtown. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The house was clean and had everything you could need. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely incredible and relaxing stay. Waking up to hearing and seeing the water from our bedroom was a highlight of the trip. The house is very charming with everything you'd hope from a beach side property. Renting a car to get into town was a must, but this is well worth it for having a private beach house with a scenic walkable road. I'd absolutely recommend anyone who's looking for a relaxing stay to consider this property.

Lovely place, very clean. Wish we had come when it was I little warmer so we could better use the patio.

A very nice and cozy cottage. Had everything we needed and the location was beautiful. Ann was a great host and gave great details for the property.

Our stay was great. Listing was as described. Walkable to many restaurants and shops. We had trouble getting the A/C units to work but may have just been us; we made do. Appreciated the free coffee amenities as well as bottle gifted to us by the host upon arrival. Right across the road from the water and a peaceful neighborhood. Overall a very nice stay.

Had a wonderful gathering with family in a beautiful setting on the water. Definitely "Grandma's" cape house, with much of grandma's furniture, pots & pans, still there, so homey. Was a bit musty when I got there early before family came, but opened up windows and turned on fans so all was nice and breezy quickly. Everyone reported beds were comfortable. Friendly neighbors, and a lovely, easy path along the water to the ocean.

House is in a lovely family-friendly neighborhood just steps from the fishing pond and beach and walking distance to Poppanesset Resort and shops. House is a tidy rancher with spacious, bright kitchen (skylight and huge island with plenty of seating). Shared living area features two sitting areas, dining rolm table, large double fireplace (not used), and roomy deck and yards. Bedrooms are ideal for a family…primary with queen bed (en suite bath) and two secondaries with a pair of twin beds each (shared bath in hall). It’s pricey, but so is the neighborhood and location so close to the shore and amenities!

What a fantastic 2 weeks & superb host!!! We love the cape. We come every year. My sister stayed here last year and recommended it to us. It was perfect! Large enough for us to enjoy time to ourselves, yet cozy enough for great family time. A large useable kitchen as I love to cook. Dining room table that seats 8 and was also great of games. Large TV to watch the FLORIDA PANTHERS!!! Large bedrooms with comfortable beds. An outdoor kitchen & fire pit. Quiet neighborhood. Quick walk to the beach. If you're coming to the Cape this house is a perfect location. Close to everything yet very quiet and private. I love the lilac smell in the mornings. Lesley was very responsive and friendly. We loved the house and hop to find it available on our next trip! We had my 90 year old mother with us and the house was easy for her to navigate with an easily accessible bathroom with walk-in shower.

Rose was great She greeted us and show us around. When we had questions she responded quickly messages. Would definitely stay there again.

Our second visit. We love the place. Quiet but close to great beaches and the Popponesset Marketplace is 2 minutes walk away, with fish restaurants and small stores with necessities (including wine and beer!). A highlight of this visit was sitting on the patio in the morning and 3 times seeing an osprey dive to the pond and catch a fish.

Wonderful rustic cabin along a sandy track with great views of Cape Poge from the bottom of the property. The cabins stairs were closed off for repair which was a little disappointing but the public access was very close by so not a big deal. Our family is use to camping so this place was glamping with a very comfortable mattress!

It’s our second time at this cottage and hopefully will be back again. Love the peaceful setting and water views. It’s a nice place to relax, unplug and reset.
