super cute comfortable place. very clean and easy to find. check in was easy as well as check out. very comfortable and qurhin waling distance from many restaurants, daiso or dollar store, and other things including convenience stores

Natsuko is a very kind and helpful host. She made sure we feel comfortable at her place. She even pick us up at the subway station to show us the way to her place and tell us about the neighbourhood especially where the good restaurants are. The place is the same as advertised. It is clean and very cozy. I’m happy that I finally get to stay in a tatami house without spending that much. We got everything we need in there. Location wise, the Midosuji line is a few minutes walk and there are 711 and Lawson nearby. The JR line is also close by which is a very big help on our way to the airport. I got two luggages (one is a big one) which made me worry a lot. Thankfully, the nearby JR line has elevators which made it convenient for us (no need to take stairs like when we were in Tokyo) and we didn’t need to transfer to another line, we just stayed in the same platform to get into another train bound for the airport. It was a very smooth and convenient trip to the airport.

Thank you to the host for responding quickly whenever I had questions. The location is excellent — there are three major convenience stores nearby, and it’s also very close to the train station and a supermarket. Although the house only has a washing machine and no dryer, there’s a coin laundry nearby where you can dry your clothes, which is very convenient. The house itself is spacious and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling with family or friends.

駅近でコンビニや飲食店なども多くとても便利でした。タオルやバスタオルの用意もありシャワーは快適でした。徒歩圏内に銭湯もあり、ゆっくり温まることもできました。幹線道路から近いせいか、夜中に走行音や揺れを感じる点は少しマイナスです。音に敏感な方は気になるかもしれません。セルフチェックインとの事前案内でしたが、当日はチェックイン時間に待っていて下さったのか、鍵や設備の説明など丁寧にして頂きました。4人で宿泊しましたが、全体としては大変快適に過ごせました。ありがとうございました。

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement très bien situé, à la fois calme et proche du métro, parfait pour découvrir Osaka. L’appartement était propre, bien équipé et fidèle à la description. Merci encore pour votre accueil et vos recommandations !

Zongpei was a very kind and proactive host. She immediately responded in all her communications. The place is less than a 5 minute walk to both the Osaka Loop line and the Midosuji line. The kitchen and laundry were well equipped.

万博に行くために利用しました。普段あまり都市部のエアビの宿を利用したことがなかったのですが、わかりやすい外観で迷わず見つけられました。設備は整っていて快適でした。ドラム式洗濯乾燥機があったので洗濯も毎日できて助かりました。弁天町駅までの道もわかりやすく、万博当日は駅前で軽食を調達し、帰りは閉館時間までドローンショーを見てから帰りましたが、夢洲から近いので子連れでも楽でした。お宿のご提供ありがとうございました。

This was a really lovely stay. Better than photos, spacious but cozy, clean & rooms had lovely fragrance, strong wifi in hot weather & with every amenity we needed, and we would absolutely recommend to others.

We had a very good time at Rie’s place. The house is beautiful and peaceful and has all the amenities available. There are 2 restaurants within one minute walk and two 7-Eleven within two-minute walk. Shimo-Shinjō Station is right there too connecting us to all major spots in Osaka.

주변에 편의점, 마트, 주차장 다 있어서 편했고 인원이 많았는데 침대가 많아서 좋았습니다. 가격대비 아주 만족합니다.

这是我们第一次到日本旅行，不太清楚地理位置，地铁线路比较复杂，所以在找住所时花了比较多的时间，建议按照具体的地址或者是一些标志性建筑、商店等作为地图目的地定位，一定要认真看地图哦。 这栋房子🏠位于地铁站不远处的居民区，周边非常安静，房子内部和图片无差别，干净整洁，非常复古温馨。最值得夸奖的分别是：1.便捷实用的基础设施。房间里的冰箱、微波炉以及卫生间的马桶、洗浴设施都很棒，像在家里一样。2.房东贴心的准备。一进门就看到房东在桌上准备了可爱温馨的提示，美味的糖果，以及旅游攻略等，虽然没有和房东见面，但却感受到了真诚的心意。3.富有特色的室内装修。房子内部有很多复古的家具，工艺品，像是走进了电影里，细节满满。对了，早上起床后，请把窗户打开，通风良好，还可以看到周边的风景，十分惬意～😄我和我的朋友们都很喜欢您的房子，推荐家庭或是多人入住。 祝愿房东和看到评论的人都能身体健康，开心幸福。愿世界和平。🥰

交通方便，房子整理的很乾凈，空間不算很大但對3個大人來住很足夠，房東回覆訊息很快速，下次來大阪還是會選擇這裡

Nestled in a quiet and charming enclave, the location was both peaceful and convenient—well-connected by trains and just a short drive to Namba Parks. The accommodation itself was cozy, clean, and very well-kept, with all the comforts and amenities you'd expect from a hotel. What truly stood out was Jing’s exceptional hospitality. She was incredibly attentive to even the smallest details and responded promptly whenever we needed assistance. Her thoughtfulness made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Osaka!

非常好的房子，里面设施很新，很智能。是我们在日本住的最舒适的房子。以后再去大阪一定会再订这里。离天下茶屋车站也很近，附近还有大型超市。住起来太方便了。奈奈很负责，有问题都及时回复了。

This beautiful home is situated in a peaceful and cute neighbourhood. We could sleep with open windows. The alleys and little shops are worthwhile exploring. The walls are thin but the neighbourhood is very quiet. It is a short walk from the Nakazakicho metro station which gets you everywhere you need to go. The kitchen utensils are perfect if you want to cook. I appreciated the outdoor hanging space to dry clothes and towels. Was perfect for our family of four.

polite host and good location

Lovely to stay in a neighbourhood rather than a hotel this time. The property was well equipped and had great air conditioning, water pressure and kitchen. Super great location for getting to the station (with a direct train to Nara), and we walked to the baseball dome too. We stayed as three friends and I think this place would be better suited to a family as the bedrooms were connected and the toilet downstairs.

Beautiful place, very close to dotonbori, great for large groups, great value, would definitely stay here again.

很不错的一间日式房屋，周围环境安静，附近有两个车站，近的步行约三分钟，远的约十分钟，旁边就有便利店很方便。屋内很整洁，生活设备齐全，而且有种古典的氛围，房东还准备了些小型休闲道具，住宿体验很舒服。

非常nice的房子。周围很安静，还有一个停车位。正好下雨，在客厅沙发听雨声，太美了。周围便利店和吃饭的地方也都很近。走路就可以。干净整洁，床也很舒服。

Incredibly nice host Lulu - she answered all our questions instantly, of which there were a million. If you want to know Japan from the inside, forget everything you are used to in Europe and enjoy this guest house! The beds are very comfortable, clean and cozy. It is quiet at night and we slept well. There is a large supermarket and several small ones nearby. The metro is nearby. Two floors at your disposal. We liked everything.
