Our group of 7 fit comfortably and felt right at home. Shopping, food, and train stations were a close walk. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. I cannot recommend this home or our host enough.

I used it as a photography studio this time. The host was very polite in advance, and I was able to use it with peace of mind. Also, the actual location was as attractive as the photos, and the pool and indoor facilities were very nice. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity to shoot in the future. We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home for 2 days and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! From the moment I booked, host was incredibly communicative and made sure I had all the information I needed. He even sent me a list of local recommendations that turned out to be perfect for my trip. The check-in process was smooth, and host greeted us with a warm welcome when we arrived. He was so thoughtful, offering to help with anything I needed and even gave me some great tips on exploring the area. He volunteered to pick us from the train station when we arrived and also send us to the train station when we depart. The home itself was spotless and well-stocked with everything. If you are looking for a place to stay, I would highly recommend this place!

The sea and Hayama Park were very close, making it a great location for playing in the sea.The interior was clean and bright, and it was very comfortable with full amenities.We were grateful for the kind handling of our luggage in advance.I'd love to come back.

Our host was more than prompt in replying. Did always help in whatever we asked for and also left toothbrush for us while we were staying. Great gesture!! ;) The place had everything you could possibly need and all the facilities were there, even though all the flats in the city were small. The kitchen had a lot of utensils including a microwave, stove, fridge, freezer, etc. Definitely recommending it!! :)

We loved staying here! The neighborhood was quiet, it was close to several grocery stores and restaurants and it was easy to get to the subway. The house was adorable, it had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Tokyo!

Loved the place although despite warnings, as someone over 6' tall, I repeatedly hit my head on the door jams.

The air bath was excellent. There’s nothing quite like bathing and showering in nature warmly and sanitarily. The house is creatively designed, using every nook well. I enjoyed experiencing natural light from unexpected places. It’s quite the contrast to Shibuya, which we wanted so we could sleep well. Yet, it is still surrounded by cool cultural and spiritual things from shops to food to Shinto shrines and sanctuaries. I would definitely stay again!

Masaki's house was super furnished, the kitchen had a small grill, and she even put beer and ginger ale in the fridge to welcome us. We were very happy about that after the long journey! The house was huge with beanbags and sofa, a nice dining table with good light, we felt very comfortable. Right at the house was a footpath to the park, without cars. The park has a lake and you could take a walk by the river. The pedestrian area was only 15 minutes away, with lots of restaurants and shops. We would book it again immediately. Til next time!

The accommodation is on a hill overlooking the sea, and the view from the rooftop balcony and well-maintained garden was excellent.Also, the living room has an open glass wall, so whether I was sitting on the sofa or in the dining room, I could see the sea all around me, and I was able to relax very much even while in the accommodation. The amenities were perfect, and I was impressed by the owner's attention to detail, with everything a Japanese person would want, such as garbage bags, disinfectant wipes, and paper cups.For signing with indoor slippers (?)My daughter and I laughed that the magic pen was placed there. I forgot the password required for pre-check-in registration, and the owner sent me a message right away when I had a little trouble, and he contacted me frequently, such as what time the cleaning person would be done and what time I could check in.Thank you for this stay. It was very clean and tidy, so I had a pleasant time.It was also very clean, so I think the whole family was careful not to get it dirty.This time, I was very disappointed that there was only one night available, so next time I want to stay for consecutive nights.

Very large and spacious home. It has three floors and lots of room to spread out. It is very close to haneda airport and easy to find. It is also very walkable and a 7/11 just down the road as well as a pharmacy.

This is our home away from home in Tokyo. Each time we stay here, we’re welcomed with such warmth and generosity—delicious treats, thoughtful drinks, and even lovely gifts. This is our second visit, and we were touched to find that the host not only remembered our preferences but had also kindly kept some of our belongings from last time. Although we’ve never met in person, they already feel like family to us. We highly recommend this place and will always look forward to returning
