Stunning apartment overlooking the lake - photos don’t do the view justice! Spacious, great kitchen, great location right on the lake. Would highly recommend!

We had a few wonderful days on Lake Garda. The house is situated in a beautiful, large garden with olive trees right on the water. If you're looking for relaxation and peace, this is the place to be. The house is spacious and as described in the pictures. It is an old house with a few signs of wear, such as very loud creaking doors, loud toilet flushing and older furniture. But these little things don't bother any more and nothing can cloud the breathtaking view from all the rooms and the small balcony on the roof.

Very good stay with 3 young children and our dog. The garden and small beach were a highlight and to swim in the Lake. Very easy to get into town and fabulous views from the property.

The place is as described. It is a wonderful location near the bus stops to Verona and Sirmonie as well as the harbour for the ferries . The place was clean and equipped with everything we needed and we were welcomed by Giuseppe who also responds quick to messages / questions we had and was very helpful in pointing us to the local bakery and convenient store . The apartment has loads of shops , restaurants, coffee bars and gelato bars in the area and we were spoilt for choice . The location is absolute key and it was so convenient as we did not have to drive but use the facilities available in the area . Would absolutely recommend this apartment it is well equipped and spacious and we will definitely recommend and hopefully be back again

An amazing pool area and view from balcony were the best. Apartment has everything you need, even playstation for kids. Mauro is very helpful host always ready to help you in any question! Would definitely stay again.

Highly recommend! Very atmospheric place, super equipped in great location. Beautiful and huge garden from which you can admire the lake and mountains. The children were delighted. The owner was kind and very helpful, keeping us informed about interesting events.

The place was absolutely perfect – clean, stylish and well-equipped. Communication with the host was smooth, everything was excellently organized. From check-in to checkout, everything worked great. A real oasis of well-being – it couldn't have been better. Thanks for a great stay!

A lovely apartment that fit the description and was in a quiet, private residence with lake views from the roof terrace and pool area. Located well to get to near by lake towns and walking distance to Moniga and near by amenities. Marco was a fabulous host, friendly, accommodating and very helpful with local knowledge. Had the pool to ourselves most of the time. Apartment provided everything we needed. Glad we hired a car and parking available. Would be happy to visit again.

We are a family of 3 adults and 2 babies. Marta was very accommodating, she arranged cots and high chairs for our babies which was amazing to have on holiday. The location is perfect, only a 7 minute walk into Peschiera del Garda along the walk way, gorgeous restaurant next door (I'll Forte cappuccini) and literally just on the lake. The pool area is beautiful. Marta and Matilde were great at communicating with us. We would definitely return.

I can only say that Gianfranco has always made himself available . We found a super furnished apartment with every comfort, cleanliness. A place worthy of relaxation. We had a wonderful stay at this lovely vacation apartment! We stayed for a week and felt right at home from the start. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The view of Lake Garda from the balcony was absolutely stunning – a true highlight of our stay. Our host was exceptionally friendly and attentive – she always responded quickly and helpfully to our messages, which made everything so easy. We really appreciated her warm hospitality and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-organized stay!

It was six wonderful days at Frank's house! The house has an incredible view of the lake, something unforgettable! For me and my friends who were looking for rest, it was the perfect choice. The neighbor is quiet, the house is complete with all the utensils, it has a garage and a beautiful terrace with a Jacuzzi. Comfortable beds, clean sheets and everything looked brand new. I loved it and will definitely be back in the summer! 1000/10

We had a fantastic stay at this place ! Everything was perfect — the place was clean, cozy, and had everything one needs for a short stay. The host is incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and also waited for us because we arrived late at night. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. I especially appreciated the privat garden and the direct acces to Garda Lake. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay. I would love to come back anytime!

Great stay, despite minor problems. Quick and very solution-oriented communication with Riccardo. Very, very great location and beautiful apartment. I'd book this apartment again any time. A small tip, the bedroom is without a door directly adjacent to the kitchen, unfortunately this is not mentioned anywhere in the description. And the parking lot is unfortunately a whole lot away from the apartment, but you can park for free with the parking card in the entire municipality. Otherwise, there is nothing negative to say. We also received tips for the area and the ferry connection 🤗 Keep it up!!!

We had a wonderful state.

The apartment and especially the roof terrace were very nice and well maintained. The outdoor shower on the rooftop terrace and the great view from the rooms were real highlights! There are also two bikes with which surrounding restaurants are super accessible and the private dock of the house was also really great. Thanks a lot!

The communication with Antonella was very good, quick and friendly. Accommodation is in such a great location, right in the heart of the city and right next to the lake. The roof terrace was the highlight! We would definitely stay here again.

Beatrice was the most welcoming host ever. It’s hard to say which thing was more impressive - Beatrice’s impeccable attention to detail, the unique architecture or the incredible view. If we could give a higher rating we would. Our plan was to travel more around Italy but opted out and stayed at Punta Dina. If we ever get back to the beautiful, mountainous Lake Garda, Beatrice’s Punta Dina will be the place for us!
