Located in a characteristic alley of the historic center, a stone's throw from the lakefront, it is organized on two levels. On the ground floor there is an entrance, a large living area with exposed stone walls and faces equipped with a kitchenette, a new bathroom with a spacious shower, a small laundry room with a washer/dryer and in the attic on the second level, a large and bright room with a double bed and air conditioning.
