This is a quiet villa area, Iizuna Kogen, located at an altitude of about 1000 meters. A simple log house built in 2022 with plenty of wood aroma. Just a 10-minute walk away, you can find a lot of beautiful scenery. Please take a look at Mt. Iinaga from the Daisaza Hoshiike. About 3 minutes on foot from the nearest bus stop (Iizuna Higashi Ward)! It is about a 7-minute walk from the next nearest bus stop (Iizuna Kogen). You can also come by public transport. Restaurants such as Mori-no-Eki, Iizuna Soba, Ramen, and Hamburger are also within walking distance. About 25 minutes by car from Nagano Station and Zenkoji Temple.Togakushi Shrine is about a 15-minute drive away. It is also a great base for golf skiing to Togakushi, Kurohime, and Myoko. You can also use it for climbing the Togakushi Kodo, Amatomi Trail, and Mt. Iinago. If you would like to visit a hot spring, the Tengu-no-Yado at Lake Reisenji is about a 15-minute drive away. The public bath is about a 5-minute drive to Asoviva (with a discount on bathing fees!). We will lend you a projector and screen free of charge. Playing games on a big screen, or having a movie night. We also recommend relaxing with a barbecue, campfire, or tent sauna. A set of BBQ equipment, tarp, sauna tent, stove, etc. Please book all rentals in advance. Of course, you can bring your own.

It is a 10-minute walk to Forest Adventure, which can be enjoyed by children and adults, and Oza Hoshi Pond, where you can take a walk by the lake.Water activities on Lake Nojiri and sightseeing in the city such as Zenyo-ji Temple are also within a 20-minute drive.All ski resorts (Togakushi, Kurohime, Myoko, Wadao) all ski resorts can be accessed within 30 minutes. The new Finnish cabin was built in 2015.It is conveniently located about 15 minutes by car from the center of Karuizawa. Since it is a 2 room plus loft space, 8 people can stay.There are 5 other parking lots, one indoor bath, toilet and washbasin are separate from the bath.The south side is all window glass, so you can enjoy the open feeling anyway.The garden is about 200 tsubo on the south side, and it is a quiet environment that is almost a forest.
