Private enclosed terrace with barbecue and outdoor fireplace. Not suitable for bad walking or small children, due to steep stairs. Private entrance through the garden. The apartment is located in the center of Nykøbing Falster. Newly renovated in 2020. There is a 10 min walk to Nykøbing F station. The popular Marielyst is the place if you want to go to the beach. You are close to great experiences at Lolland and Falster. Plenty of options for dining, cinema, theatre and shopping within walking distance of the apartment. We may agree on the possibility of bedding on the air mattress in the living room. The apartment has 2 small balconies. The apartment is located on the 1st floor. There is no elevator. Free parking.

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the frame for a truly wonderful place. The house was named winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful Summerhouse at DR1 (2014). The well appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 meters to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for the family with 2-3 children. Year-round, you can bathe in the “Svenskerhull” ml. Roneklint and the small nice island of Maderne, owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is made for beautiful walks – and bike rides.

The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The bedroom is with double-elevation bed and exit to common garden. From the bedroom there is access to the bathroom with double sink, toilet, shower and washing machine. Attention! Please note that there is an additional fee for adult numbers three and four. Children are always free.

The annex is newly renovated with gentle hand and we have tried to decorate it as cozy as possible. In addition, outdoor nook, weather permitting. It is possible to buy breakfast if we are at home.

This charming bright 14M2 cabin sits secluded in a corner of our garden, right next to our house. You have peace and quiet and have your own undisturbed entrance. Enjoy the sun or lunch in the outdoor furniture on the large wooden terrace in front of the trailer.
