The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. Right next to the seaside resort of Bandholm is this cozy half-timbered house, which previously belonged to the Knuthenborg estate. Here you can relax with the family and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, including the nearby forest, where wild boars live. The house, built in 1776, exudes the old days in the countryside. At the same time, here are the most sought-after modern amenities (WiFi, heat pump, dishwasher and charging box for the electric car). If you need quiet days in a soulful place, then Bondehuset in Bandholm is the place.

Small annex just behind our own house, the house has everything you need for a holiday, or an extended weekend. As the house is not large, we recommend the house for 2 people, with the possibility of bedding for an additional 2 people. You can park right in front of the white gate and it's free ;) 10 min walk to beach and forest. 20 min walk to cozy marina. There is a lovely cafe on the way to the harbor, here you can also buy ice cream. In addition, the city has 2 supermarkets, and a Pizza restaurant.

Cozy one-room studio apartment with private entrance. Bright, airy room of 30 m2 up in the attic with exposed beams and spacious entrance with wardrobe. Private toilet and bath. Underfloor heating throughout the apartment. Kitchenette with service, fridge (no freezer), microwave, air fryer and electric kettle. Parking right outside the door. Small garden table with two chairs between flower pots and afternoon and evening sun. The house is located on the main street in Sorø in a 40 km/h zone

The house is not rented to families with children under 8 years of age.
