Large bright outdoor room that can be used in spring and summer. Beautiful enclosed garden with seating, outdoor fireplace and greenhouse. In the garden, six chickens walk in the enclosure and to the house and garden also belongs a very affectionate and social long-haired cat.

The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

There are two bedrooms, a kitchen-living room with dining area and living room in one, as well as a wood-burning stove for the cool evenings. There are two lovely, enclosed terraces: with sun all day, dining areas, sun loungers and parasols - perfect for a quiet morning coffee, a book in the shade or a glass of wine in the evening sun. The house is located in Borre with 6 km to Møns Klint and 4 km to the beach at the end of Kobbelgårdsvej. There are two bicycles for free use for trips around the beautiful Møn nature. The house has 2 smaller gardens. They are not fenced, but there is a hedge out to the road. There is a large cozy courtyard, with garden furniture and a barbecue.

Welcome to our cottage located in lovely Karrebæksminde. Close to dining and great shopping. The home: 80 m2 with kitchen in open connection with living room. 2 rooms with double beds. Nice bathroom with exit to small courtyard with sauna and outdoor shower. Outside there is a large wooden terrace with furniture. There are duvets, pillows and kitchen utensils for 6 people. The house is well insulated. It has a heat pump and a pellet stove, so it's good for winter holidays.

The cottage is in a quiet cottage area close to a nice and child-friendly beach within walking distance of the house. On the opposite side of the house, there is a view of the fjord. The house is modernly furnished and built in 2021. We use the house ourselves and enjoy the tranquility of the area.
