Vacation rentals with a patio in Myrtle Grove

We spent a beautiful and relaxing week at Wendy & Jeff's Seascape. The place is EXACTLY like the photos, the view from the balcony is a dream!! Waking up to the ocean sounds every morning is something we will never forget. The apartment is very well-stocked with all the items you need to enjoy the beach, clean up afterward (lots of hot water and good shower pressure!) and cook a delicious meal (plenty of kitchen gadgets). Very easy to walk around the neighborhood, up to the pier for quick eats, or less than a mile to the little mini-mart. Parking is easy. Area is safe. The pool area across the street was clean and fun too! The hosts gave excellent, clear instructions for arrival/departure and even checked in on us via the app during our stay. Really enjoyed the location and view. Comfortable linens and bed. Host was friendly and helpful. Walkable to downtown. Parking easy. Would recommend a noise machine due to some nighttime noise.

The loft looked just like the photos and was very clean and nicely decorated. Hosts were quick to respond and very helpful!

Was in Wilmington for a 5 day work trip. Great place to break up the monotony of staying in a hotel every week. The location is perfect and the vibes of the unit and building are immaculate. Would 100% book again if I find myself in Wilmington for work or personal travel!

This place was beautiful! Erika has a very clean space and it was perfect for my friend and I’s vacation! The walk to the beach was a breeze, and there were lots of fun things and cute shops around the area! Erika was super responsive and helpful and gave perfect instructions that made getting checked in & out super smooth. I will definitely be back! Tippy was the cutest :)

What a great location that checked all the boxes for our stay. Beach, restaurants were in walking distance or just a short ride away. We would definitely come back to Erin's place if in the area.

Everything was great. Very clean and had everything we needed. The microwave is in a bad place. It would be better on the counter. Beds were very comfortable.

Ryan's listing was perfect for our family. Just off the beaten path in a quiet small neighborhood. The private fenced in back yard was a plus. The Wrightsville was just a few minutes away. The arboretum was just a walk down the street. My wife and daughters really enjoyed walking to it and visiting. The place was clean with lots of space for everyone to do their own thing. highly recommend and would love to visit again.

Ariana was an absolute incredible host. She was kind and responsive and very proactive on answering any of our questions. This house has an incredible feel to it and she had everything you could possibly need! We will definitely be staying here again 💜

This is the second time staying at Rachel’s place and it just just as nice as the first.

The house was adorable. We were in town for my sons wedding and we felt right at home. Everything was just as described. We were able to find an iron/board easily when I forgot one. We were able to utilize all kitchen appliances/utensils/anything we needed at all. The laundry room was helpful! We were 15 min from the wedding venue and 25 from my sons home. Lots of space, great rooms all with king beds and tv's. We had a great stay and would 100% stay again in the future. We will be in the area again for sure as 2 of my kids live in NC and will be looking for this house to be available. Best Air B&B I've stayed at to date!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The highlight for us was how kid-friendly it was – the high chair and kids utensils and plates were great. The outdoor space was fantastic, providing the perfect spot for relaxing and playing. Plus, the location couldn’t have been better – just a short drive to the beach. Highly recommend for families looking for a fun and easy getaway!

This air bnb was great for our stay. The house itself was awesome and the beds were really comfortable. The neighborhood was fine driving distance to all things, but did not feel the safest walking home at night. All in all it was a good place to stay and the house itself had everything you could need when staying away from home. Kyler was quick to respond when our lock code wasn't working, and we had the problem solved in less than 5 minutes, so that was much appreciated.

Had a peaceful weekend getaway with my girlfriend here. It’s a beautiful home with a historic look and feel. Comfortable bed, gorgeous bathroom, clean kitchen, private parking, nice colors, and a lot of natural light. It did everything we needed to and more. Special thanks to the hosts for reaching out and making sure everything was top notch, and replying quick to any questions or needs. Would stay here again.

Beautiful view of ICW and ocean from your own personal deck! The deck furniture got an upgrade and are two Adirondack high chairs (comfy!) but no table. Only a mile away from the downtown area of Carolina beach, perfect if you love a little bike ride to get to breakfast or dinner. About 20-30 min to downtown Wilmington. Very short walk to the beach, easy to pop back for lunch or the bathroom. Host gave excellent recommendations for local events and restaurants. Provided ample soaps, towels, and detergent. AC worked great and they had an extra fan for the bedroom with darkening blinds. Recommendations for other guests: If you plan to cook know that the kitchen has VERY BASIC kitchen tools/supplies. Beach chairs were Tommy bahama (woo!) but umbrella was broken and other guests haven’t taken good care of other supplies. Bed has a memory foam topper and I’d suggest bringing your own pillow, they have super thick or super thin.

We had an amazing stay at Harmony’s place! It was super clean, incredible views of the ocean and watching the sunsets each night. The place was beautifully decorated and up to date appliances, everything we needed was there. Comfortable beds and pillow were a plus. We loved how easy it was to walk right out to the beach. Having two young kids, it was awesome to have beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, umbrella and MORE all provided! Short walk to the pier for food at Koko Cabana and Ruby’s coffee. We hope to make Oak Island our family spot each year and will book this condo again!

It was the perfect place for a quick work trip! The place was cute, and the perfect size for a couple!

Warren's condo was perfect and just as descried and pictured. The evenings on the deck watching the boats go by and beautiful sunsets were wonderful.

A great place for two people in a perfect location for walking to the nightlife around the historic Wilmington area and waterfront. Clean and comfortable inside and the balcony provides a wonderful view of the Cape Fear river and battleship!

it was a lovely stay, but way you checked in at 3:00 p.m. and had to leave by 10:00 a.m. So I don't feel it was quite worth the amount of money that we paid, especially since we had to do some of the cleaning at the end. we're not really cleaning, but just you know start the laundry and what not. the location's great. I don't think there was enough mentioned on the steps on the ad about the steps that you have to to go up in order to get into the condo. it's quite a bit and if you've got suitcases or anything you can't roll them in so there's an enormous amount of steps and that was a concern or a slight problem. The place itself was cozy and comfortable and clean and lovely.

My husband and I loved our trip to Shelley’s place and visiting the island! 🩷It was such a nice, quiet place to stay, you can see the ocean out of the back door, and condo is within walking distance to the beach and local restaurants and ice cream shops. We will definitely be back to visit again!

This was my wife and I’s fourth stay at Nicole’s place, and we have had nothing short of great experiences each time. Always great with communication, and provides accommodations unlike anywhere else we have ever stayed.
