Come and enjoy this cozy in law unit perfect for one to two guests, situated in a quiet neighborhood of Pensacola. 15 minute drive to downtown or navy base and 30 minute drive to beautiful white sandy beaches. This unit is fully renovated from top to bottom with everything brand new. All the amenities one would need, along with washer/dryer, WiFi, smart tv and work station just to name a few. Helpful binder with guided info for guests. In-law unit is in the backyard of the primary residence.

The connecting door to your unit remains locked during your stay.

Entire studio space is private, clean & relaxing.

This is an attached apartment connected to the garage’s ours house with three exit/entrances. One is the main entry with your specific code. The second door is dead bolted from your side that leads to the garage you see in the picture. The third is dead bolted on your side and gives you access to the back yard. The security and privacy is much like a hotel room. Note we rarely meet or interact with our guests.
