Lovely space and a great reponsive and accommodating host. Very convient if visiting family at the hopsital or Plymouth and surrounding area. Would highly recommend.

A lovely get away, Carlos was very hospitable and introduced himself not long after check in and making sure everything was ok & if we had any questions we knew where to find him. Would definitely stay again.

This has to be the best ever beachfront apartment we have stayed in. Spectacular views, spacious balcony, superbly equipped and everything worked without any hassle. The Leisure Club is an added bonus for me - brilliant pool, fitness equipment and the jacuzzi plus the outdoor terrace and restaurant with great meals, especially the (takeaway available too) fish and chips. The purpose of this trip was a holiday for my 94 year old Mother - above all the apartment was very safe/secure, accessible, the few steps to the 1st floor are manageable and the lift means getting into the apartment is easy. Totally recommend this apartment!

Honestly the photos do not do this place justice its incredible what a view and the host could not have been better extremely helpful, always there at request, respectful, polite all round wonderful person even made us scones to bake and the the towels shaped in to love hearts was a really nice touch they made us feel welcome and right at home would recommend to anyone thank you sheila for a great experience will be visiting again

Another fabulous stay here. We always enjoy our time at Louise’s place. As always, extremely clean, well stocked, and lovely little personal touches and amazing views. Louise is always very helpful, lots of great recommendations. We will be back!

Genuinely great place to stay, I walked everywhere like a 10 minute walk to centre. I really enjoyed the view from the apartment sad down on the balcony all the time when I wasn't out. Comfy furniture as well!

Lovely modern apartment set in beautiful peaceful and restful surroundings. Very clean with all facilities. Clear instructions for check-in and general instructions. Felt very at home. Easy to find and some manageable steps to property. Nice beach and amazing views. Within walking distance or five minute drive from Looe-which was our main interest. Would happily book again. A fantastic short stay at a lovely apartment, with a beautiful view to wake up to or enjoy a sundowner with before heading out to dinner. We really enjoyed our stay and took advantage of some of Freya’s recommendations re food and shopping. Freya answers our quirked quickly and was always lovely to communicate with. Fabulous property! The view and backyard are unbeatable! There were nice treats to treat us upon arrival: a personalized sign, milk and a nice toffee bread. What a thoughtful and kind touch. The house is clean and well-equipped with all you might need. The kitchen is well stocked and there is a full sized washer and dryer. There is a park and waterfront within about a 7-10 mile walk down the hill. The area is quiet and feels safe. Self check-in was incredibly easy and the hosts were easily accessible, but never a bother. We would definitely recommend this listing!

We had the best weekend staying in Amanada’s house celebrating a birthday it was beautiful. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos & my 2 year old loved looking out to sea every morning seeing the birds. We will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you so much ☺️ one bonus for families thinking of booking that I did not see prior to our stay is the stairgate at the top of the stairs to the kitchen it was perfect with 2 young children we could shut this off.

Our first visit to Looe was made perfect by staying at Captain's Retreat. The apartment is beautifully presented and has the most spectacular views over the town and to the sea. We received a warm welcome from Martin and would not hesitate to recommend the property to anyone wanting a relaxing stay in Looe, especially with the off road parking directly in front of the entrance. Enjoyed eating at the Sardine Factory and also the traditional pasties from Sarah's Pasties in Buller St. Thanks to Jay and Martin for a great break.

We had a lovely time away. Alison and Craig are amazing hosts, very helpful, we appreciated all the recommendations. They make sure everything is up to your standards and want you to feel at home, which we really did. This beautiful place has all the facilities you need. The view is breathtaking and the bbq is a perfect touch. We enjoyed drinks at the local pub with the view of the beach, the beach is lovely and peaceful. The food and cocktails at the local restaurant are also amazing!

Jenny was a fantastic host! Very welcoming and always responsive. The house felt like home away from home, with everything we needed there. She even left a little pack of goodies for me and my friends. Even details like shower gels: shampoos etc. We asked for a slightly later check out so we weren’t too rushed and she allowed us, which was brilliant. Couldn’t have asked for a better host. The house is a short walk from both town centre and the nightlife, but just far enough so we could get a good nights sleep. Perfect for us. Thank you. We stayed at The ApARTment for 4 nights and loved our stay. We were a group of 4 adults and had plenty of space. The setting is beautiful, with great views from the living space of the surrounding hills, down into Dartmouth, and across to Kingswear. You could happily sit and stare at the view for hours! Simon and Theresa were brilliant hosts. Theresa was very communicative via messages and really welcoming when we arrived. Simon had some good recommendations for places to eat. Both were really friendly and relaxed when we bumped into them. All amenities are as listed and we had no problems self catering. The kitchen had everything we needed. The furnishings are comfortable and the whole place was immaculately clean. Finished with an artistic touch, including some of Simon's own work, the decoration is fantastic! It was walkable to Dartmouth for those that dont mind some hills! We wouldnt hesitate to book again, and I'd recommend The ApARTment to anyone.

Excellent stay at Tom's property! great location to walk into Totnes highstreet, packed with loads of independents. Train station a 2 minute walk. A lovely property to stay in, beds supper comfy and has everything you need. Will definitely look to stay again.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at The Loft. It was delightfully clean, extremely comfortable and very well equipped. The surroundings and grounds are beautiful and peaceful. Although Halwell House was not easy to find, Diana provided detailed directions so we did not go wrong and was always available to give help and advice. We are certainly hoping to make a return visit before too long.

We were blown away by the location and views from our accommodation as well as the very well appointed apartment.Our host could not have been more helpful,with some excellent recommendations for where to eat and for ideas on what was available to do and see in the area,we will certainly book again should we return to Polperro

A stunning, incredible place in the most special town of Looe. Every day, you wake up to the view of the sea, to the bustle of the quayside and the boats going by. There’s a lot of love put into this charming flat! It’s also well-equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is just so perfect—you have access to the center of town and it’s the perfect starting point to head to the Coastal Path hike. The host was responsive and sent detailed instructions as well!

Pro: perfect location, close to the Hoe and walkable distance to city centre and Barbican. Chloe provides daily parking permit which is super helpful! Any very easy to find a parking space in Citadel Road. Welcome milk and chocolate. We love them. Plenty choices of seasoning for cooking, cleaning tools and laundry detergent. Con: The sound transfers easily between floors. The kids wake up 6:50 - 7:10am every morning and start to running and jumping. It becomes quite loud, making it difficult for my 1 year old baby to keep sleeping. You will never late for a morning meeting if you are having a business travel, but you may carefully consider if you want to wake up naturally. A little bit dusty at the beginning that I cannot stop sneezing. But get better when I wiped the blinds and put those artificial flowers in closets.

Gregor’s place was perfect for our stay in south Devon. Comfortable and everything we needed as a family. The boys loved the swing in the garden and the snakes and ladders. It was close to some beautiful beaches and the nearby newton ferrers and Noss mayo were pretty. Recommend the green deli cafe! And the ship inn.

Simply wow! Stunning historic building. Fantastic location - beaches, great restaurants, craft market - all on your doorstep, yet still peaceful and quiet. Accommodation has everything you need. Rebecca has gone the extra mile with small touches (water, milk, chocolates on arrival), that make you feel really welcome. Rebecca was proactive in contacting me, was always responsive & just really approachable. I would highly recommend staying here!
