Great place if you’re visiting someone near Yokota AB. Very spacious and has everything you need. Also the walk to Haijima station was very easy.

I stayed here for a month while working in Tokyo — I only needed to be most central a few days a week, so was happy to be based in a smaller, more local neighbourhood for the majority of my time. There's everything I needed locally, & Tachikawa was nearby for more hardcore shopping. The nearest train stations are quite a walk away, so I wouldn't recommend it if you plan to commute far or want to be elsewhere most days. The flat itself is very well kept & furnished with nice gadgets to make daily life comfortable (e.g. electric blanket .. lifesaver). The host was kind, responsive & helpful — I knew that if I needed anything, she would help. I felt looked after & also had privacy. The internet worked well, the bathroom great. There was everything I needed to cook most meals in the kitchen. Supermarkets 10-15 mins walk away. Gym & library 15-20 mins away. I hope to return to Kunitachi next time I'm working in the city.

The room was exactly as described, the host super nice and flexible. The room is above a really nice bar, and surprisingly there is no noise at all! However, the room is pretty far from the center, around 45 mins from Shinjuku. So it depends on what you're looking for!

I lived in Tokorozawa until a few years ago, and I came back every year to meet up with friends, but this time the accommodation was in a good location within walking distance of my friend's house, and the station was also close by when I went to Tokyo, so it was very convenient! The room was very pleasant to stay in, more so than a hotel in the area, with attention to detail! The whole family was impressed by the countless amenities, including a first aid kit, umbrella, straight iron and detergent for the washer and dryer, UV spray, and drinking water, condiments, and various types of instant drinks in the refrigerator! My daughter was very happy with the bunk beds and games! I've confirmed a repeat, so I look forward to seeing you next time!
