Nice clean place. Thought it was a little larger from the pictures you wouldn’t want more than 2 people in it. Pool was a little scary clean wise!

True story, Linda's place was perfection. Location, decor, facilities. My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better spot for our getaway. We walked to the gulch and to Broadway in the morning/early afternoon each day and opted for an Uber back each eve. Uber was $8-10. Linda was so nice and easy to connect with. Thanks for making our trip top notch!!

Greg and the management group were very responsive. They were helpful. They sent a long list of things to do in the area including food, shopping, site see, things to do. The house was beautiful and such a good place, very open and roomy. The pool and hot tub were amazing to have right on site. Highly recommend.

This was great AirBnB, very clean and modern but with tasteful furniture and textures. Felt very safe and cozy. Would def stay here again!

Great apartment, had everything we needed. Clean & comfortable and loved the river view. Location was good and very walkable to downtown. Also some great dinning options in the neighborhood.

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

This place was amazing! The staff was super friendly and helpful! Super close to Broadway and all of the fun things you want to do in Nashville. On the same road as the Country Music Hall of Fame. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Escaped inclement weather for Sean’s haven in Middle TN. Sean graciously accommodated us on short notice, allowing us to check in early due to the weather. Our escape trip quickly turned into quite the reprieve and overnight vacation. A beautiful “backyard” with trees lining the open field, a small river beyond the trees against a mountainous backdrop. Our lab enjoyed the spaciousness as much as we did and his new canine friends belonging to the hosts. The basement apt is well appointed to surpass the expectations of the most particular of guests (hint: me). The accommodations are farmhouse style, spotless, and most comfortable, including the beds and linens. We all slept great! Sean clearly doesn’t “need” to share his estate, but some people just love sharing their joys with others! We wouldn’t have changed a thing! Sean is a delightful mix of clearly thorough and detailed-oriented, as evidenced by the useful tips and anticipating all requests, yet open, warm and welcoming! 5⭐

I didn't want to leave! I was so at peace there! Esther and Tammy were so amazing and the dogs and cats were so friendly too. Esther went above and beyond with her homemade Italian food. I'm a very picky eater but I ate Everthing she made, and wanted more! my favorite part (besides the amazing food) was the private salt water hot tub while looking at the stars and listening to the crickets. We can't wait to go back soon!

Pictures do not do this mini house justice.. it is probably one of the coolest places I have stayed everything in the house is so thoughtfully placed and so convenient! The private hot tub in the back overlooking a beautiful garden makes for a relaxing wonderful evening 10 out of 10 would stay here again.

Shannon’s home is awesome, and beautifully decorated. She had a welcome basket of snacks on the counter which was very appreciated. She also had personalized messages in the kitchen which made us feel right at home. The home was very well equipped with all of the essentials. The home is in a beautiful neighborhood which is quiet and peaceful.shannon was very responsive and easy to deal with. The beds and furniture were very clean and comfortable.

The place was easy to get to. Very quiet at night and peaceful to sit outside especially on the balcony. The home was cozy and well decorated as well as an amazing hot tub out back to unwind at night. I would 100% come back especially for the value of the property with the view and trees around.

My husband and I stayed here for our 10 year anniversary and we can’t say enough about this beautiful peaceful retreat! Nikki is a top tier hostess. We had brunch straight to our doorstep (YUM) and the in house massages are worth it! 🙌🏻 They are actually working on a lot more around the property including a walking trail. Keep in mind this is remote. The WiFi worked beautifully so we didn’t have to worry about service once we arrived, but as anticipated we lost service about 20 minutes out. The closest food service is about 15 minutes away at the marina. A great cafe spot! But bring extra food to prepare while you’re in the cottage, or coordinate with Nikki for meals beforehand! 😍 Her prices are incredibly reasonable. The jacuzzi tub was worth the trip alone! 🫧 Cant wait to come back to see how much they progress! Ask her for her tattoo services as well! The perfect spot if you’re looking to unwind and have no agenda 🙌🏻 Thanks again Nikki! 💕🫶🏻

Beautiful home, close to everything. Owner is very fast at responding. Clean and quiet neighborhood and nice to be away from the large crowds. Would recommend and stay again

Steve's home is beautiful, peaceful and homey. We wanted to bring our dogs on a staycation and were looking for private and relaxing spaces where they would have plenty of room, and this property was great for both them and us humans. 0.50 miles total of hiking trails, a courtyard, porches, a barn a across the creek, you can't decide where to hang out or make a fire. We encountered little box turtles, did some mushroom hunting, dogs had a blast playing in the creek, all without leaving Steve's property. It's an amazing place if you want plenty to do without ever getting on a vehicle. Everything was also very safe, well thought out, and well maintained.

If I could give this Airbnb 10 stars I would. My friends and I stayed overnight for a birthday trip even though we are local to Tennessee. The hosts made it special for my birthday and we met all the animals. It was the most wonderful experience. We loved it. ♥️♥️♥️

The pictures just didnt do justice. The place was beautiful and homey. We were comfortable as soon as we walked in. The beds and bedding were so very comfortable. Best sleep in a long time. I like the addition of the white noise boxes in the bedrooms which helped block the cars going by on the road. I also appreciated the Qtips and cotton pads in bathroom. The whole area was beautiful. Plenty of space for a few people. Also love the kitchen table and my son loved the turning stools. Just postive energy and history. Place was also very easy to find.

This home was very comfortable and clean. It was quiet and peaceful. We were here early March and weather was sunny. You can take in the views without the leaf foliage at this time. Pleasant place to stay. Trey was great with instructions and ease of checking in. Also checked in with us during our stay. Thanks

We loved everything about our stay! The cabin was beautiful, clean and comfy. Lisa and Mack were very accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay the best experience we've had with airBnB. Our pups especially loved the cabin, the land, the creek and the horses. They were so responsive to any questions and provided great recommendations that were spot on. We have definitely found our favorite place to stay when visiting anywhere near Nashville, we will be back!

Didn’t get time to check out a lot of the property just because of rain, but everything we saw was beautiful, and the house was super cozy so staying in was nice too. Had a great stay.
