The Cedar Loft is a beautiful space in the country nestled on 40 acres with a fantastic view. Conveniently close to I-40 with a driving time of 35 min. to the Nashville airport or 45 min. downtown Nashville. This brand new above garage loft has a private entrance. Kitchen offers granite counters, fridge, microwave, oven, and dishwasher. For laundry there is a washer/dryer combo. This is an Eclectic tiny farm house built in 1940’s, approximately 900 SF and has 1 bedroom with a Queen bed and 1 Bath. It can accommodate 2-3 people comfortably because there in a futon in the back room. Entire home was remodeled in 2021. It sits on 3.8 acres with multiple barns and sheds, remnants of a simpler way of life as a farm. Many large hardwood and cedar trees on the property. No pets, or parties.
