The view of the sea is beautiful. Anna was always attentive and Marino was also very attentive.

The listing was as shown in the photos and description. The views are great! The path to come is as described, it is a dirt road that needs to be taken gently but easily done. This is a peaceful and relaxing place. You can hear the neighbors a few times, especially the flush that must be stuck to the room but it's only occasionally. I recommend it because it's a nice place and that allows you to unwind. Thanks to Gino and Maria for their welcome and who are always available.

We had a wonderful stay at Marcantonio's, who is very friendly. The place was clean and we had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was of course the highlight and the view of the mountains from there was beautiful. It was quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle, as we had imagined. We got delicious wine and lots of useful tips. By car, we were able to reach various dream beaches and excursion destinations in a short time. Our next Sardinia vacation will be spent here again.

We enjoyed it very much. We were greeted by a very friendly lady who led us to our accommodation. Everything was very clean and modernly furnished. In addition, communication with the host in between via WhatsApp was very straightforward and comfortable. We felt completely comfortable and in good hands. We would definitely come back!! It is only important to know that heating up the hot tub takes a really long time. So plan enough time ;-)

This is a lovely property, especially if you are traveling with children. There is emough outside space, a playground is 3 minutes walk away. Everything is super clean, kitchen is well stocked, two bathrooms are a nice to have. Matteo is always very responsive and kind.

We had a great time at Elias' place in Baunei! The apartment is super spacious and has everything you could ever need. We felt very comfortable right away. Everything was also available for our one-year-old son and there was a lot to discover. The terrace and the garden were a dream! Elias was available with advice and assistance, gave great tips and always responded super quickly. The location in Baunei was also great, everything was right outside the front door and yet it was nice and quiet. We highly recommend the place 😊 thank you for everything!

Marianna and Vittorio are very friendly and accommodating hosts. We were greeted on arrival with a fruit basket, wine and jams. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well equipped and in the courtyard there is a grill and even a pizza oven. The 3-zone air conditioning is also extremely pleasant. There are beautiful beaches and hiking opportunities in the area!! For my birthday, Marianna baked extra cookies for me!! We and our children felt at home. Thank you for the great time! We'll be back!

We had a wonderful 9-day stay! The accommodation was very clean, modernly decorated and well equipped – we didn't miss anything. The location is quiet and beautiful and communication with the host was friendly and straightforward at all times. We particularly liked the loving details in the decor and the cozy atmosphere as well as the beautiful view of the sea. We felt completely comfortable and would come back any time. We spent 5 unforgettable days in this beautiful apartment with a sea view! From the first moment, we were struck by the brightness and cleanliness of the rooms. The furniture is well-finished and equipped with all the necessary amenities to feel at home even on vacation. Franca is a really endearing and very attentive person. The apartment and the beautiful balcony overlooking the sea allow you to watch spectacular sunrises. The bougainvillea in bloom, the lemon trees overflowing with ripe fruit (from May), the song of countless varieties of birds, the turquoise sea, the sandy beach, the huge rocky massif in the background make this apartment a little gem. Although located in an extremely quiet location, at the end of a small road, the Zinnibiri Mannu site is close to excellent restaurants. The pace of life of the people of this region and their kindness is perhaps what is most remarkable and pleasant. It's not surprising that the village of Tertenia has so many centenarians: Sardinians know how to appreciate life and take the time to live it. Long live Franca as well as Adriana and Ariana. Barbara's place offers perfect comfort. Bedding, decoration, access, supplies… Everything is perfect. Barbara is also very kind, responsive and accommodating. I would 100% recommend!

Fabio's place right next to the beach was an amazing place to spend our vacation. We enjoyed the views at breakfast and the sunset walk at the beach in front of the door. The kitchen was super well equipped. Fabio was a great host and super easy to reach and helpful. We can highly recommend this quite and peaceful beachside apartment.

This was the nicest place we booked in Sardinia! A bit more expensive, but absolutely worth the money. A charming property, with a chic pool, great apartments with a magnificent view. Since we have a small child (1 year), I had asked in advance if an earlier check-in and a later check-out are possible due to the nap. Both were absolutely no problem, which we were very grateful for! We also have a baby bed and a high chair provided free of charge! Gianfranco welcomed us with fresh, delicious strawberries and was super warm, as were his employees. I can therefore highly recommend the accommodation, would have liked to have stayed longer! Thanks for the great stay!

The place is clean, tidy and has everything you need for a few days. It is very charmingly decorated and offers a unique view! Communication was easy and straightforward via Airbnb. Gian Marco was already waiting for us on our arrival and showed us everything. He couldn't speak English, but with Google Translate and a few hand signals, we were still able to communicate. However, for loading/unloading luggage, it should be noted that you cannot park directly in front of the accommodation, but you can park briefly (access road very steep and narrow) and the stairs up to the apartment are also quite narrow. Nevertheless, definitely recommended!

The two of us felt incredibly comfortable and at home in Eva's pretty, bright and tasteful accommodation. The furnishings are as good as new, the amenities very good (towels, pillows, blankets, dishes, glasses, etc.) and the terrace sensational. There was also a delicious welcome greeting, which we were very happy about. We fully agree with the other 5-star reviews! Our highlight was the location of the apartment: enjoying the fantastic view of the sea (including sunrise) from the bedroom, living room or terrace and standing on the beach in just 12 minutes on foot, which was still wonderfully deserted at the end of April. Shopping, breakfast and eating out were also easily possible on foot. The numerous restaurant tips from Valentina and Eva were very helpful. We tried different ones every day. Everything was great! Valentina's availability was very good, and the contact was straightforward and friendly. We will be happy to come back!

Silvia’s apartment was beautiful. Couple steps from Poetto beach and 15 min from the city center where all the restaurants are. If you’re staying in Cagliari this is the place to be.

We were guests at Anto&Gio for four days and can only recommend the apartment. We were warmly welcomed and received recommendations for excursion destinations, restaurants and shopping. Otherwise, the hosts were always available to us. Fresh fruit, water, wine, beer and ice cubes were available for us. The apartment is clean, large and tastefully furnished. Even flowers from their own garden were used for decoration. The terrace with the panoramic view is super beautiful both day and night. We had a car (private parking available) and bicycles with us and were able to explore the surroundings. Thank you for everything!

Cozy loft, Paola is super helpful and very attentive, I highly recommend it because it is close to all the beaches in the area, comfortable bed, super terrace, Super recommended. Easy check-in, keys in the parking box right outside the house, it's true it's June but I've always found a place easily. In the kitchen, there was everything: oil, salt, vinegar, paper towels, toilet paper, and towels. Congratulations to Paola
