This is a very nice relaxing location. Everything is as described and well equipped. Pool is great. Beds are comfortable and air conditioning too. Just be aware that you are pretty remote, there is nothing in walking distance, and the local roads are a bit rough.

This place was unreal. So peaceful totally private an absolute paradise we literally had to tear ourselves away as we did not want to leave at all Hosts were very quick to respond and helpful Would definitely recommend Heaven on earth!

We had a fabulous week in Sardinia, our accomadation made it a relaxing and comfortable week. The Villa is great, good ammenities, great pool and a to die for location ! Our host Marco was awesome, great communication, easy check in, and full of help and ideas to make it a special week !

We had a wonderful 9-day stay! The accommodation was very clean, modernly decorated and well equipped – we didn't miss anything. The location is quiet and beautiful and communication with the host was friendly and straightforward at all times. We particularly liked the loving details in the decor and the cozy atmosphere as well as the beautiful view of the sea. We felt completely comfortable and would come back any time. Absolutely recommended!

We had a great time and we would go back. For two, the cottage was a wonderful size, another bed would have to be pulled out in the living room/kitchen. At the end of April, the weather was already very good and we were lucky that the pool had already opened. There were few other vacationers in the surrounding houses and so it was nice and quiet. Since the houses are quite close to each other and the pool is close, I think it will be a bit livelier and louder in the high season. The house is located on a mountain, you can walk to the beach easily, but it is very steep. I wouldn't push a full stroller up. Fiamma was always available, gave us a great excursion tip and reacted immediately when we suddenly had no more water. Thanks again ☺️

Homemade cake, water and a bottle of wine to welcome you. An extensive beach in front of the door (5 min), sea views and beautiful red mountains. At the entrance of a wonderful hiking area! Facing south, with a large covered terrace. We ended the evenings at the pizza oven. Mario and Silvia kept asking if everything was okay. We enjoyed the time fully. If you're looking for tourist crowds, you'll certainly have to look elsewhere. 👍👍👍

Our stay at Anna's house was amazing. The house was very clean, well equipped and had a pool that we enjoyed daily. Beautiful "home base" for visiting Sardinia's archeological sites and pristine beaches. Anna was attentive to our needs and responded quickly. The location just steps from the ocean is stunning. The inside of the home is modern and clean and the outdoor areas are beautifully landscaped. Stefano was a gracious and helpful host and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and he provided many options for adventure in the area around this lovely home.

I had a great stay at Alessandro's apartment! The place is very clean, cozy and well equipped. Alessandro was super friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect for exploring the area and communication went smoothly. Would definitely return and highly recommend this place!

The house is beautiful and provides amenities for children, making it feel easy and at home. It's a big house situated in a peaceful neighborhood nearby the beach. Taty was amazing and very supportive all along! Very recommended and I'd definitely come back!

We had a great stay at Paolo’s accommodation. It is very spacious and clean and the garden is beautiful. The two dogs are very friendly and the cats as well. My son had a dip in the swimming pool which was still quite cold in the beginning of may, but that wouldn’t hold him back. In the garden there are several spots where you can relax. Also the view from the top terras is beautiful. For cooking we also used the BBQ outside. If you want to go out a car is highly recommended as it would be quite a walk to the nearest restaurant or supermarket (would not recommend).

Great Location directly at the beach, which is beautiful and not crowded. The house looks exactly like on the pictures. Our Kids loved the terrace with the watertap, they played for hours so that we could enjoy the view. The beds are really comfortable, and with the sound of the waves we slept better than at home.

Very nice place in a quiet location. The apartment was equipped with everything you need, very cozy and tastefully furnished. On the terrace you can sit very quietly and have a beautiful view of the sea. Frederica is a great host, very friendly and helpful with good tips. We will be happy to come back.

Anna's house view really has nothing to say, waking up every day to see the blue sea and the greenery in the yard is a great mood.Unfortunately, my son was hospitalized a few days before staying here, so I couldn't fully enjoy the house.Anna helped a lot with this emergency, thank you so much!The only flaw of this house for me is that the two rooms mentioned in the description have no windows, but it's okay because there is air conditioning.Fortunately, the kitchen has a separate door. For those who love to cook, the fumes can go directly out of the kitchen. The surroundings are very convenient, very suitable for families with babies to take to the beach, it is not particularly busy, but it is a very beautiful area.

Marco was a wonderful host the area was local not very touristy and the people were very helpful be prepared for mountain driving A Car is essential Marco recommended a wonderful restaurant in Loceri Each of the towns around had different atmosphere which makes the area quirky The beaches to the south of Marcos apartments were wonderful lots of hills for hill walking

Great experience at Teresina's home: - Perfect location, quiet, two minutes from the supermarket, five minutes from the sea - clean, tidy house and above all equipped with everything you need for a beach holiday - clear directions and a very kind person.

Very nice place to stay and garden, same as pics. We felt right at home. It's rural, quiet, exactly what we were looking for. The garden is just a dream, the Hollywood swing was my absolute favorite place. The grill was also great and the facilities great, it had everything you needed. The only thing that would have been nice would have been a sofa in it. It was a little cool in the evening and we had to go in, so we could only sit at the table. But the space for a sofa is also not really there. But that was just a small thing. We enjoyed the stay very much, it is a very cute cottage and we highly recommend the stay.

Our stay chez Joanne was phenomenal! It was everything expected for our honeymoon. Through out the whole process Joanne was ALWAYS, available, responsive and so very attentive! We felt right at home! It is the first Airbnb I’ve been that has ALL the amenities (even ones I didn’t even think she’d had, she did!). Joanne made our stay even more special, by providing clear instructions (video and written instructions and help when we needed). Joanne is the sweetest, we received so much help when we arrived so late at night due to our flight, help when our flight changed and help even when we needed to rent our car! The view was spectacular waking up to it everyday made our stay so special, having the beach so near was phenomenal. The place is private and enclosed, we felt very safe! Thank you Joanne you are the best host.

We stayed with Federica as a family of three for 5 nights and had a great time. The location and views are beautiful. We had the bikes with us and could easily explore the area. The sandy beach Foxi Manna is also particularly beautiful, and can be reached by bike in 5 minutes. The place is a bit remote, but just as we wanted! Restaurants, beach bars and mini market are available. We liked it very much, we can definitely recommend the place!

Spent 4 nights here. There's nothing missing, except maybe a pool. Great house with a beautiful porch. Too bad that the house beach (5 minutes' walk) is full of algae and is not maintained. Unfortunately, the dog beach is even worse. Without a car, you're stuck here. Bread rolls, sausages and drinks are available in the village at a small kiosk. Nearest Supermarket is in Foxi Manna (5 km), where the nearest beach is also located. Other beautiful beaches are 20-40 minutes' drive away. We would recommend the place. Owner always available.

Very nice and helpful hostess even if we only had written contact. Check-in with clear instructions. Proactive tips. Very nice ocean view. Simple but functional furnishings and furniture. Pool has a nice size. Cot was provided. The kitchen is very well equipped. Everything available. Sufficient for a large family, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker with capsules, spices, baking paper and much more. A beach is a 3-minute drive or a 15-minute walk away. Without a car, however, you are lost. Shopping unfortunately 15 min away by car, but that's not a big problem either. The only negative, for which the hostess is not responsible, is that sometimes the many dogs from the neighbor 50 m away bark for hours without a break when the owner is not at home. Fortunately, this only happened 2 times in 9 days. Otherwise everything was good 👍

Accommodation is awesome with the view. Totally quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac. Andrea was always available, gave many tips and is very flexible with everything. Great accommodation. Must go to Andreas parents' for dinner; in da Babara, great fish plates and high quality. The beach is not far away. Now in the cinema only on weekends. Fixed to the yellow blue umbrellas. They're cheaper.

The garden/yard is fantastic. It made the space truly remarkable. I hope to stay here again when I come back.
