House vacation rentals in Metropolitan City of Cagliari

Rita and Riccardo were amazing hosts. So friendly and helpful. Our arrival was late and they even offered to get us things for breakfast the next morning. They were very friendly and offered local recommendations. Their house was dreamy and we look forward to staying with them again in the future. I HIGHLY recommend this house and these people for your vacation plans.

We had a fabulous week in Sardinia, our accomadation made it a relaxing and comfortable week. The Villa is great, good ammenities, great pool and a to die for location ! Our host Marco was awesome, great communication, easy check in, and full of help and ideas to make it a special week !

Max and Lory are incredibly nice and helpful. The garden and the pool were super nice. We can definitely agree with the good reviews of our predecessors. The fridge was actually filled to the brim. 1000 thanks for that!

Marion was the perfect host, responsive, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. We fell in love with the villa at first sight and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It's a beautiful, spacious property. The beach with its white sand and crystal clear water are about a 7 minutes walk from the villa. Marion helped us with local recommendations and we've had a wonderful time in Torre delle Stelle and surroundings.

Fantastic location, lovely and quiet, 5 mins from the best beach, 5 mins from a great little supermarket. Gloria is a great host. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful time with the family at this very nice quiet home! Everything was perfect! The view of the bay is breathtaking and so soothing! Every evening we were treated to a beautiful sunset. The house really lacks nothing, the fridge and cabinets are very well stocked... it really feels like home. We wish we could have stayed a few more days 😊 Plus Morgana is so adorable!! She was very accommodating, always very available and very good tips so we could have a nice stay. Great communication! I highly recommend it!!! We'll be happy to go back.🥰

Fantastic place! We were 3 mature couples who enjoy a beautiful scenery, comfort and hospitality and Simone's home had all of that and more. He set the bar very high as a superb host, even inviting us to a pizza party where he provided a personal demonstration. Simone was very responsive to questions of recommendations of places to visit, restaurants and wines. A car is a must as it is in a quiet residential area although there is a lovely restaurant and bar within walking distance. The pool area and balcony were great places to relax after a day at the beach or sightseeing. Thank you Simone for your very kind and generous hospitality.

We (parents and a one-year-old baby) stayed a week and found it just perfect! We grilled and bathed in the pool with the baby on the windy days. We rented a car and with it you can soon reach the beautiful beaches of the area and of course local suppliers. The house looks like the pictures and Gabriele lovingly prepared everything for our baby (high chair with fasteners, toys, baby water, air mattress in the garden, swing and slide)! He asked every day if we needed anything. He also gave us good tips for restaurants and activities. Check-in and check-out were flexible (thank you very much) and straightforward. Just perfect !!

We had a lovely few days. The accommodation was impeccable in terms of both furniture and cleanliness. Big plus for the extremely comfortable bed and the terrace. Possibility to park the car in the property. The location is ideal for visiting the surroundings (many beaches nearby). Within walking distance are many restaurants, ice cream parlors, pastry shops and shops. Claudio is a charming and friendly host who took the time to recommend the most beautiful beaches, the best restaurants etc.

Residenze S. Domenico is a perfect place to stay in the city centre of Cagliari. Properly in Piazza San Domenico where it's plenty of bars and restaurants to have a drink or eat something right outside from the apartment, and just a few minutes walking from the Bastion of Saint Remy. The apartment is fully equipped to enjoy your stay, really comfortable and renewed. Kitchen fully working, big beds and bathrooms, even umbrellas to go to the beach. Perfect combination of price, location and quality of the apartment. Even the communication with the host was great. I did self-checking. He sent me all the details how to access, where to look for parking, and was replying almost immediately. He also offered for any support may be needed. Top service.

We really enjoyed the time in Marco's house. Everything corresponded to the pictures and information in the ad. Marco's tips were very helpful to us. The fact that Marco then drove us to the airport was simply sensational. Thank you so much for this great vacation.

We had wonderful days in this fantastic place. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, very clean and our personal highlight was the terrace with an incredible view of the sea, which invites you to linger! The property is very quietly located on a mountain - a rental car is an advantage, but the beach can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. Communication with Mike went smoothly and quickly. He had lightning-fast answers for all our questions.

We had a wonderful time in Guido and Luisa's house. The accommodation is centrally located in the village, so you can easily walk to everything. We were particularly enthusiastic about the lovingly designed outdoor kitchen – it quickly became our favorite place and was a real highlight for us. The outdoor shower was also a special experience. The house is furnished with a lot of love for detail and well equipped – We really didn't miss anything. Guido and Luisa's recommendations for attractions, restaurants and other highlights in the area were extremely helpful and enriched our stay. Overall we had a great time and would come back any time.

I was greeted when I arrived and my heavy case was taken up the stairs for me. I stayed for 2 weeks. Beautiful accommodation, extremely clean and gorgeously appointed. Very comfortable. It’s very well positioned in the centre and only 10 minutes from my language school. It’s close to great bars and restaurants but very quiet. Highly recommend! And I need to mention that I am very fussy! Brilliant!

The highlight was the view on the beautiful terrace! The place is beautiful, the beds comfortable, the kitchen very well equipped. It was fun to cook and eat with the beautiful view was a dream. Andrea gave us great tips. We visited the family restaurant, enjoyed the friendly service and the high quality food. It was a very nice time! It's not easy to find, but even there Andrea helped us great and very quickly. Thanks for everything!

The family vacation at this vacation rental was excellent. Erika's check-in instructions were accurate, very easy to find the exact location. Erika provided us with plenty of information about sights to see, restaurants. The cottage is in a very good location, very pleasant to stay in, well-equipped and very close to the beach. It was lovely.

I want to start by saying Dorata and Luigi were easily contactable and attentive. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts! They made sure we had everything we needed and were always available. They were also very communicative on what events were occurring in the city and surrounding communities. We stayed in the beautiful home for 2 months. It’s rather spacious with a lovely backyard. We are two women in our early twenties and have not once felt uncomfortable or unsafe in the home/ surrounding area. The neighbors/ neighborhood is full of kind, wealthy people. The home is located by a 7 minute walk from the main street where you can also find the nearest bus stop. It leads up mountain which can be increasingly inclined but was manageable. The home is securely gated and is connected to a smaller apartment style home. There was one week where a family of 4 stayed in the adjoining apartment home but there wasn’t a moment where our privacy felt shared.

Very nice place ,we were very welcomed. Clean inside, everything we need (ex : coffee machine +caps,salt, pots and pans ) all outdoor equipment (umbrella,sun loungers). Linens and towels clean- it was our next trip to Sardinia and we were positively surprised by this. Little did I know this was the perfect location - a ~6 minute walk from the center of town and ~8 minutes from the bus to the beach (not to mention all the great restaurants in between!). Paola was an excellent and responsive host, and incredibly helpful when I was struggling to get a taxi at 4:30am for my flight. I would love to go back, and would highly recommend staying here if you’re going to Cagliari.

Nice! We really liked the apartment; warm and cozy and with many refinements of the past. The closed gallery is very nice, rich in greenery; the outdoor garden and the rustic part with a well, brolo, chicken and cats. We appreciated the endless objects that told us about the history of the home making us fantasize about those who lived there. We really felt at home. The basket with reading proposals is also pleasant, both with "tourist" information and literature. The village is small but close to home there is everything and is very convenient both to reach Cagliari and the many places of interest that are located nearby: San Esperate with the garden/museum of Pinuccio Sciola, Dolianova, Barumini, Siddi with the tomb of the giants and the corridor nuraghe. Not to mention the beaches. If we were to come back, we would definitely like to take advantage of this hospitality again

Roberto is an exceptional HOST! Hello, helpful, friendly, very polite, nice... just perfect! The house is beautiful, equipped with all the comforts, clean, tidy and comfortable! Roberto welcomed us with a very appreciated tray of pasta! He recommended both the beaches to visit, places to eat and places characteristic of the area. During the stay, he was always available for any eventuality and always present to accommodate our requests (we asked for extra pillows to sleep and in 5 minutes of watch he let us find them!). Fridge with water and other drinks, there is anything useful for the house and the beach! The apartment is very well cared for, very comfortable indoor parking, impeccable exterior and an outdoor shower that is absolutely paradisiacal! Roberto reflects the true Sardinian hospitality and above all he is the host that everyone would like to meet!! Thank you thank you and thank you again!!! We hope to be back soon!!!

This house was absolutely amazing. I took a bunch of my friends here for my birthday and we had the best time. The house was very clean and modern with comfortable and clean beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment which was very helpful. The host was very responsive and check in and check out was very easy. This house is gorgeous and right on the beach (perfect for swimming). It is very remote (which makes it feel safe). I would definitely recommend renting a car if you are staying here as its driving distance from everything and cabs have a hard time finding it. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

We were really pleased with Miriam's place. If cleanliness and service are important to you, this is the place to be. The Airbnb is 15-20 minutes from the center. Small supermarkets are nearby. Shopping (with plenty of choice) is not around the corner, but by car you are very well taken care of. The house has everything you need.
